My family has owned a Neato for close to 2 years now and it is AMAZING (and very polite!)!!!! It is a super clever workhorse and we affectionately call it our “little baby vacuum cleaner”.

We’ve had ours for almost 2 years. Love, love, love it! Our first one did have a bad battery that stopped charging after about 3 months but they replaced the whole unit with no problems. We named ours Veronica the vacuum.
