My 2 and 3 year old have them. I would say from 2-6,7 years old most of the apps are made for 3-6 years old.
None in Horseheads, NY but I would have bought it for that price. This is not a rechargeable one so I have been very Leary of buying one.
All Leappad 2 models are rechargeable…you have to buy the recharger pack.
I’m getting weird replies everywhere i call in cincinnati ohio. Some say online only, some sold out. Others are saying they see lots of leappad stuff, but cant say for sure if they have it. One location did say they are in the middle of a re setand will not have everything ready till Friday. Think my only answer is to drive aroubd looking myself!

No, I never found one, let me know if you do. I’m in NKY, have to wait till my son gets up from his nap before I can venture out. If I find an extra one I will buy it and let you know. Called three stores and all three said they don’t carry leap pads in store. Lucky finds!
The 2 stores I called in Denver area told me that their stores don’t carry kids’ items such as LeapPad. But I am not sure if that is truly the case or the associate just didn’t know and didn’t want to check.
I called my staples and the guy was like if you don’t know the item number I can’t check for you? I said you can’t have a worker go to where the leappad stuff is to check? Like really?

I checked 3 different Staples here in the Littleton area and all of them (after checking in-store) said that they do not carry them in their stores, but to check online. 🙁

I found the UPC 708431603158. You can go online and live chat and they can tell you if there is one near you. Unfortunately for me, the closest store was 40 mins away and when I called, they were too short staffed to look to make sure it was there. I’ll drive for a deal, but 40 mins for something not on hold or guaranteed is too far for me. Good luck!

Didn’t find any in Phoenix Az. called 3 stores. The last one finally told me that she didn’t think this district received them for the holidays.. My daughters just broke this past week and was actually looking into buying her another. It keeps going to a white screen after she plays it for 10 or so minutes.

Hi Gina! We have loved our LeapPads & we actually had one break too. Did you by chance buy it in the last 12 months? LeapFrog has an awesome warranty policy you might want to look into. We had ours replaced with no hassle. Ck them out on the web & call their customer service. You might get it replaced too!!
Really, I will need to look into it, But I didnt buy it thru them, I got it from Bestbuy. and its past that time with them.
