How does Saving Star work at Walmart if it works through the shopper card? Did Walmart get a shopper card?

I thought SavingStar was just offered at a few stores…In my area, it’s Winn Dixie and CVS. My Winn Dixie does not carry the Recipe Ready product and CVS would never have this LOL! Is Walmart participating now?

I didn’t know that SavingStar offers could be “maxed out”. It was on my account this morning (but I didn’t activate it) and now this afternoon it is gone. I guess I will be better at activating things right away. Bummer.
I was going to use this at Albertsons, seeing as Walmart doesn’t do SavingStar… to my knowledge.
