What’s your take on clearanced items triggering a gc? I did one of the Claritin deals a couple of weeks ago and it didn’t automatically trigger the gc because it was on clearance. The manager ended up giving it to me but I wasn’t sure what the policy was. (I was nice of course) 🙂 Thanks!
If it did not trigger the GC it was not correct item all these are set by DPCI # on products which stores cannot alter in registers?Your manager was nice to give you the deal.
I think it really depends on your store and their computer system. I’ve bought many items advertised to create gift card, tagged in store, matched description on tag & in ad and had to get an override to get it. Just depends I think.
The NYC coupon says for $3.00 and more, the Lip Shine is $1.67.
