Hi,
Off the topic I am looking for a booster seat for my toddler. Any recommendations? ?
Honestly Graco and Safety first from Walmart are great. My kids have one of each in our two vehicles. I have Graco and my husband has Safety first. They are about $30 at Walmart.
Fisher price’s portable booster delux. $25.00 at Malmart and Target, I took ours to the restaurant, so convenient and eliminate all the mess.
Sorry for the confusion. I am looking for booster car seat for my toddler.
I got the safety first car booster for 4 1/2 dd it was 39.99 on both kohls and amazon, but I have the kohls charge, so I waited for a 30% code and free shipping code. Paid 27.99+ tax shipped. Worked out nicely. I don’t see the one I have anymore, but they have a decent selection. They should have a new set of codes soon for May.
Just got one! I couldn’t resist! Thanks Colin! 🙂
You’re welcome! 🙂
Very thankful I’ve never had this issue with my boys 🙂
Got the seat sticker for my husband! It’s an joke now, but when we moved into our first home together, the man couldn’t be bothered to put the seat down. (In his defense, he grew up with two brothers, no sisters, and his mother is very passive.) He learned quicklyyyy though! =D
I’m not a passive person. And it doesn’t bother me at all if my husband leaves the seats up. It’s only fair– As often as we ladies need the seats down, just as often they need the seats up to pee. So I don’t see why I should press so hard on this issue.
I heard the soft/slow closing toilet seat helps, too. Coz it doesn’t make a noise when it comes down, so guys more likely to close it.
Right! As long as there isn’t pee on the seat I’m good. We have a herd of kids, we replace our seats a boy once a year because they literally get worn out. It’s insane.
I never cared either until I saw an article about how far toilets spray when flush if the lid is open. Now I’m trying to change their ways and get them to close seat and the lid.
Oh my – the perfect gift! — my 6th grade son and my 4th grade daughter share a bathroom. That’s all I’ll say about that – ha!
Thank you!
I will get this for my husband. When my husband and I got married and moved in together one night I had to pee so I didn’t turn the light on so I went to go sit on the toilet but my husband had the toilet seat up and I fall in the toilet. I was so mad with my husband woke him up to argue. Lol
Got one ! Lol
I don’t even bother–not worth it because it’s not gonna happen. With 6 boys/men in the house, My daughter and are the ones that put it down.
I have always been confused by this subject. Why is it such a big deal if a man leaves the toilet seat up? Do people actually sit on the toilet without even looking at it first? What if the toilet seat lid was down? I don’t know, this has just always been such a strange topic to me. I’d love to hear some feedback, lol.
In our main bathroom we have a cabinet over the toilet. I have had to fish out more things from the toilet because that seat and lid were left up than I care to remember. Besides that, I just feel like its more sanitary if the lid is down before you flush. Not sure if there is any truth to that.
