Is nail polish considered a cosmetic? Because Target has a coupon for $2 off 2 Revlon cosmetics. Can you stack these?

Don’t forget to check for clearance at whatever store you normally visit. I just used this coupon at Walgreens on a Revlon nail polish that had been marked down to $1.00 so only paid a few pennies for it. Good luck on scoring deals everyone!

Kmart has tons and tons of Revlon and other brands on clearance. I’ve been to several stores that have had 3-4 large totes full of it in the health/beauty section. One store had a shopping cart full at the checkout and everything was $0.50. I got $90+ of makeup/nail polish for $9 and used points to pay for it. They had some high dollar ($15+) beauty products for a $1 or $2.
