I applied the code to my order and they said it was there but didn’t take off the $10
you need to go to “my offer” see what offer you have available to you then click on the dot next to the $10 off $10. Mine did the same thing because I have other offers available to me now. I had to manually click on which offer to use! Otherwise do an online chat explain to them what happened and they will help you out!
