I have never bought one of these. Is it worth it? The nearest location is Des Moines and it’s 45 minutes away. Could I use this book in other towns than Des Moines?
it is encouraging you to spend money. At least that is what I do. I usually dont even eat in a place but since there is a BOGO coupon in the book. I went there spend money anyway.
You’re going to want to look at the Des Moines book online and see if there are any coupons in your area. The books usually have coupons for lots of places within that city limits but also thd outlying suburbs and sometimes exurbs. We are far enough out if the closest city that we do not get many local coupons I would use. However in the past when I lived in the city I lived this book. I also used to trade coupons on Craig’s list by mail.
If you are planning a summer vacation order a book for your destination. We do this every year. It is great to get two for one deals while on vacation on food and entrance fees. It also gives you ideas of where to visit in your destination city. There are also national coupons that you can use in your own city. ( mcdonalds,joanns,micheals,ect..) if you use two coupons you get your money back from buying the book.

On the website it shows that most of the coupons expire June 2014, is that what is printed in the book as well? I don’t want to buy it if I only have a month to use them. Has anyone purchased the book before that could answer this?
