I hadn’t done this the past couple days so I got 500 points from the Kmart ad and 5000 from the Sears ad. I was wondering though since it says to use on “KmartLocalad.com” and “SearsLocalad.com” does that mean we can only purchase something online starting 5-18, or can we use the points in store also starting on 5-18? And are the Sears points only for Sears or can we use them Kmart also?
You can use them in store at either Kmart and/or Sears starting 5/18.

No extra points today, bummer. How exactly do we do this in-store? Just our phone number? Do we have to ask specifically to use points? (I’ve only ordered online and in-store pickup before) Can we combine points between accounts in-store? Like my hubby’s and mine? I”m thinking probably no.
Just tell them you would like to use points when you checkout. If you don’t want to use all of them, say how much you want to redeem. You cannot combine accounts.

You can print your membership card from SYW site. You would have to do two separate transactions for each account.
I think I hit the max on the swimsuit game, bummer! Def didn’t get the 5000 max points thought it though.
If you go into your account history, you can total up what you got so far. If it’s not 5000, contact them at support@shopyourway (dot) com

Yes. With google chrome I get the error, but then I switched browsers to Internet explorer and it worked.
It worked when I logged out than back in, but no new points. HTH
I am pretty confused. Whenever I get points for both. I am unable to use after 1st use the second ones points get lost. What should I do?

Whenever I redeem, they (cashier) apply the total amount of points, so if I earned 3000, $3 will be deducted from my total. IDK if they can split the points so you can use them on sep transactions?
I did this on Monday I believe (the first day) got 3000pts from sears and 500 from Kmart…and decided to give it a try again just now and to my surprise I got 1000pts from Sears and 5000pts from Kmart 🙂

I am really getting frustrated over this, I know my password, it won’t let me log in, so I’ll change my password, but it still won’t let me log on, it just keeps taking me right back to the log in page or says ‘invalid username or e-mail’ so then I go to set up a new account with that username & it tells me ‘e-mail already in use’ UGH. Time to send them a complaint message about why can’t I log into my account! I can log in on the shop your way rewards, but not the kmart site. This happens every time this offer is available.

Yes. The site has been changing a lot the last few months because of smart phones & apps & such. I only have a desktop to look at, so I can’t look up anything in store either to ask a question on what’s going on. Just do the best you can.
I agree. I find it annoying and hard to navigate. I suggest bombarding them with specific suggestions or complaints…hopefully they’ll make the site more user-friendly (“Contact Us” link, bottom “toolbar”).

Played the swimsuit game earlier but for last couple days it did not add my points.
Just went back and counted my total so far for the Swimwear points, I have hit the 5000, so no more points.
