Just out of curiosity, why aren’t you using cloth bags instead of the plastic bags? You’re video is good. Very explanatory.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

I know… I have this habit of forgetting to put them in my car. 🙁 Stay tuned for next week’s video, as I’ll definitely be bringing in my reusable bags – I promise!

I soooo need a little kick in the butt when it comes to remembering to bring in my bags… so thanks for the comment. 😉

      • Cassandra

I do this all the time. But the plastic bags are reusable as lunch bags for work! 🙂

      • Valerie

Me too!! I love that Whole Foods has a sign in their parking lot reminding you to get your bags. I always forget. 😉

      • Holly-Marie

I do this all the time too, especially at Target! Bleh.

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Glad to hear I’m not the only one! 😉

      • Jacki

I always leave my bags in the car too Collin! This bag discussion in unnecessary.

      • Joy

Collin thank you for all your videos…but you don’t have to apologize if you buy something ‘not so healthy’ on your videos or posts here. I don’t think any of us are perfect.. I would like to know one person that is.. I try to eat healthy, but I still pick up deals for those times when it is long day at work and my husband tries to surprise me with something quick and simple for dinner. Sometimes very healthy, sometimes not so much…or my husband calls me 2 hours prior to the guys coming home with him from golf course.. asking me if they can all hang out here..because they enjoy hanging out here..we have fun and folks like to come back to our place and play darts, foosball, corn hole, grill, amoung other things..just hangout.. unexpectedly of course..it’s nice to be able to reach into the freezer and pull our a few pizzas and have some unhealthy snacks to feed them.. Just because I eat a little healthier doesn’t mean everyone else has to be ‘forced’ to eat that way. So please don’t ever apologize for buy lots of candies and frozen pizzas..just know “ITS OKAY” in moderation.. 🙂 Buy those pizzas if you like. Nobody should judge you or anyone else..that posts deals. We can either take note or pass the deal on by..and keep reading the next deal. Thanks.. Not finger pointing anyone by any means..I just felt bad you were apologizing and asking us not to judge you when you bought candies and junk food. 🙂

    • Aryanna

Plastic bags comment was so unnecessary.

      • Kayla

That’s what I thought too! The video was for shopping tips not to pick on Collin for not using reusable bags. I personally use my Target plastic bags for our kitchen garbage can. I haven’t bought kitchen garbage bags in years! Collin u rock!

        • michelle735

I put my purse in the reusable bags so I can’t forget them. I still manage to forget sometimes!

      • Casey

Why? You get money off for using them! I always send my husband out to get them when I forget 🙂

        • Ashley57

I think it was mentioned because we use cartwheels and whatnot to save 5% which is often only 5-10 cents. Each reusable bag also saves 5 cents.

          • Casey

I agree! I don’t think it was an attack on Collin at all. People are testy on here sometimes!

    • K

In Oregon (specific city anyway) plastic bags are illegal. They only provide paper bags and you have to PAY $0.5 each bag if you don’t bring your own! This is everywhere (grocery stores, Target, malls). I still managed to forget my bags even knowing that 🙁

  2. JA

I wish I had half of your energy! Great job as always. Happy birthday to your son, mine will be a teen very shortly as well!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Thank you! 🙂

  3. linda61

Lotta great deals and that’s the mascara i use..no clumps! Woohoo

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oh glad to hear it! 🙂 I have the hardest time finding good mascara.

      • Kidsallgone

I do too 🙁 I once used Max Factor (REAL) Waterproof Aqua mascara but they discontinued it. All other so-called “water-proof” mascaras still make me have raccoon eyes 🙁

        • Brenda

Max Factor was the best mascara, until now i haven’t found one as good as that one 🙁

      • Valerie

I’d forgotten about Max Factor, they did have the best mascara! Miss them.

        • Mia

I’m buying them in Europe 🙂

  4. lcdunlea

I had no idea that Archer Farms made a Gyro Pizza. I must try that!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      YUM! 🙂

    • Vic

I was very disappointed of this flavor. This had barely meat on it. Few drops of feta cheese and that’s it! When I tried it, I had a $2.00 off target coupon. I won’t buy this flavor again. I love to make my own pizza but I like to have some frozen pizza in stock for the “lazy” or busy days.

      • lcdunlea

Thanks for responding to this, Vic. I also read some online reviews and apparently, it’s not a good flavor!

    • Patrcia

Lol. I forget my bags too in the car (shame on me as I was raised in Germany where you have to bring them in or you have to purchase them, like at Aldi which is a german store btw, used to shop there with my mother). You are awesome Collin and we all forget sometimes, we are human.
Did anybody have problems using the target finish coupon? They wouldn’t let me use it. They told me I had to buy the one on the picture. The words don’t matter, it has to match the picture now. I am going to try at a regular target tomorrow and see what happens. At least the cartwheel and text message came off my receipt this time.

The gyro pizza is pretty good but the crust gets to hard. We use the plastic bags as trash bags. We recycle 90 percent of our trash so we don’t need big ones. I use an old stoneware pot that my mother used to make sauerkraut in for a trash can in the bathroom and they fit in it perfectly.

  5. coupon rockstar

    👊

  6. Nik

    Loved it! Thanks Collin.

Any idea if bagel bites are included in the bogo pizza deal? I mean they are bite size pizzas lol

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

LOL! Not sure on that one… 😉

      • Patrcia

I think I saw the sign on them when I was there this evening.

  7. Heather

$1.50 California pizza kitchen coupon has ended. 🙁

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Darn! I’ll update.

      • Michelle

I was just able to print the California Pizza Kitchen coupon using the link in your post. I don’t know if they re-activated it or something but worked for me! 🙂

  8. Heather

I have got to ask……What the heck do people think when you are filming these videos?? I LOVE them, they are so helpful and cute, but I always think people must think you are crazy!! Which I dont think is a bad thing LOL!!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

LOL! I am pretty sure they think I’m crazy and very odd! 😉

  9. jessica

I cant seem to get the 2.50 huggies coupon i was able to receive a $2.00 manufacturer coupon but nothing for target =( can anyone help

    • Melissa

I can’t either. It just prints out more Manufacture coupons.

    • Rosa

I am also having trouble with that.

      • Rosa

Try internet Explorer. Then go to the one that says enter to win a year’s supply.

        • Mary

I’m confused. Still can’t find the target coupons. I clicked on the one that said Huggies Challenge (because it was the only I saw that said win a year’s supply) but my only options are to play games. No coupon that I can see.

          • Mary

I found this link via totally target. It’s $2 off 20 ct or larger huggies diapers. Doesn’t specify which kind when printed – just amount. https://www.moments.huggies.com/Coupon

  10. CB

How long are the pizzas BOGO? Also if you buy different brands at the same time do you pay for all the more expensive ones and get the cheaper ones free?

    • mel

Til Sat. If you buy 2 of the same brand, like 2 CPK, 2 Digiorno, 2 Tony’s, the register will give you the same brand free. But if you mix them up, 1 CPK, 1 Digiorno, then you’ll get the lesser value pizza for free.

    • Kathryn

I was going to ask the same. Mel, have you tried this?

      • mel

Yes, that’s how they rang up for me when I bought them in pairs of like brands. My sister bought 1 Digiorno and 1 Archer Farms and the Digiorno was free.

  11. Jacki

Love it!!! And, buy all the pizza you want!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      😀

  12. Mels

Love the digiorno design a pizza, california kitchen && red baron!!! I am well stock up now! #iluvTArget! :))

  13. Mia

You are so funny Collin:) Thanks for great and funny video and you make me go to target right know even I’m sick and it’s rain outside:)

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Awww… thanks! 🙂

  14. Casey

Great video, I so wish people wouldn’t judge you (the no plastic bag comment, ughhh). Seriously, if someone has a comment like that they should just send a private email. All that work, information and still finds something to judge. You handled it beautifully & gracefully as always. But darn:(. Love your videos glad ur back in the stores! Go Colin 🙂

  15. JO

Have you ever seen this B1G1 deal on pizza at Target before? I don’t remember ever seeing this sale before. Loving it!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      I know… it ROCKS!! 🙂

  16. Sylvia

I forgot my bag in the car today!

  17. CW

Collin – missing your special guest! You should really hire him as a sidekick!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      I agree! 😀

      • david

I want to be your sidekick. I’m the best couponer there is here in Seattle, WA

  18. Paul Moore

Great vid! Question though..Have you ever had a problem with all your coupons being scanned but not deducted from your bill at Target? I ask because you had a lot of coupons and once when I had 7 coupons I noticed not all of them were deducted and its happened several times..reason why I now only do small orders at Target. Guest services told me that their system was set up to cap the number of coupons allowed in a transaction..weird.

    • Nik

Their registers are programmed to only allow four of the same coupon. It’s in their coupon policy as well.

  19. suzyq

I really need to step away from the freezer section at Target but how can you resist $.60 pizza?!? I don’t like Totinos but it makes for a quick snack for the kiddos and hubby so why not? 🙂 thanks Collin!!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      You are so welcome! 🙂

  20. Jen

I can’t get the Huggies $2 off Target coupon link to work???

    • Melissa

There is the regular Manufacture coupon and then it says “or” get the $2 target coupon and enter to win. That is where you can print the Target $2 off coupon.

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yes, that’s correct. The Target coupon is the second coupon listed.

  21. Jessica

Does anyone know, if you print and take just one of the target coupons, does the target discount get applied to all quantities you buy? Or do you have to have a TQ for each item? (Trying to save ink 😉

    • Nik

It does not work like that at target. You have to have a target coupon for each item you buying.

  22. Mel

I have to say that your videos have greatly improved over the years! I’ve been following your blog for 4 years and I’m really impressed with how clear and louder the audio has been on your videos lately! Thank you for taking the time to shop these deals and share the details with us!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks for the feedback. I sure appreciate it! 🙂

  23. Loretta

I love and appreciate these target videos and all the other work you do! Thank you!!!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thank you for the kind words! 🙂

  24. Mel

The last California Pizza I had (about 2 weeks ago) there was a $1/2 coupon that was stuck to the plastic wrapper. So keep your eyes peeled for that when you pull yours out of the box and make it. I used it with the $1.50/1 Target coupon to score cheap pizza!

  25. Daniel

Just curious, what day did you record this video?? Thank you!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Yesterday (Tuesday)

  26. Karen

Do you know that at Target , they have call buttons throughout the store if you need help with getting a product down, or just a general question. This would alive you from having to stack boxes of diapers to stand on. I”m sure the next person that had to buy them would appreciate that someone wasn’t standing and crushing them

    • Jennifer

they are diapers they arent going to break!

    • Danielle

Omg. That is what you got from the video?? I second Jennifer, the diapers won’t break or crush. Lol wow. Anyway another great video Collin! The pizza deal is wonderful!! Keep doing what you do!!!!

      • Jacki

Really, diaper box issues too? It was funny and did not hurt the diapers. And no one else has had to stand on things in the store to reach them? That’s where the good stuff is, where you can’t reach!

        • Karen

I guess the old thought of respecting property that is not yours is out the window , as long as you get your good deal?? So stand on a stack of pizza, why not there frozen and won’t break right??

          • Kayla

Seriously, lighten up! I really don’t think Collin could crush anything that she stands on :). I thought it was super funny. I’m sure there are worse things done to that box before it even gets to the shelf. I hope this and the reusable bag comments don’t bring you down Collin. I look forward to your Target videos, please keep them coming!!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Hi Karen,

I do understand where you are coming from and probably shouldn’t have used those diapers as a step stool. I think I for some reason thought that they could handle my weight… not sure why! LOL! 😉

Anyway, I did feel quite bad about one of the boxes getting pretty damaged, so I ended up purchasing it (with coupons of course!) for my sister who is currently expecting! 🙂

  27. Heather

For some reason my Bites cartwheel took off 1.04 for 2 and I did it twice, totaling 2.08 off with cartwheel. So between 20 and 25% It is also strange that it took off the same $1.04 each time when one set of bags was $2.99 and the others were $3.19 each. Definitely more than the 10% it says in Cartwheel.

  28. Cecilia

You get 5 cents more off for each reusable bag you use at target! 🙂

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      Thanks for the reminder! 🙂

  29. Kristen E

I have to tell you just for giggles Collin … My 7yr old likes to watch your target videos every week with me. He even asks if you put one online yet 🙂 keep em coming cuz apparently you have a very wide audience !!! Thanks for the tips ❤️

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Awww… that makes me smile! 🙂 So glad to hear your kiddo likes to watch with ya.

  30. karen

I wish I had a bigger freezer!! I will have to make a couple pizzas tomorrow for dinner so I can buy a couple more. Love the video too. I think it would be so great to see you outside my Target telling everyone to go get pizza deals. lol, you’re so funny!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

      😀

  31. Casey

I have some CPK qs that were in the last couple of pizzas I bought. I need to use this this week!

  32. Jenifer

So, how much did ya spend this week? I was hoping for a pic of your final purchase. Or did you not want us to know how many pizzas you bought!? LOL

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

LOL! That’s partially the reason… let’s just say that I purchased the pizza limit of ten, bought a box of diapers for my sister and a few other items that weren’t part of the “deals” I highlighted, so my total was definitely not worth bragging about this time! 😉

  33. Jen

I love your videos–especially Target ones! I’m just wondering…am I the only one who really likes Totino’s? Lol there was a 25 cents off printable for them too, not sure where/when but I used it this week.

    • Kerri R.

@Jen…my kids and I LOVE Totino’s (everyone else I tell makes me feel bad about this). Good to know there is someone else like me LOL!!!

  34. Jade

Please note that in BOGOF Pizza Deal Scenario #2, the 5% Cartwheel off of the $4.50 Archer Farms pizza works out to $0.23 according to my receipt and calculations. I ended up spending $3.02 for 2 pizzas or $1.51/pizza after the $1.25 off 2 Target AF Pizza coupon. 🙂

  35. Lindsae

Does anyone know how long the bogo pizza deal is running? I’m about to go to target for just that! Thanks Collin!😁

    • mel

      til Saturday.

  36. Amie

Is anyone else having issues with the Huggies coupon from pickupthevalues.com? I’m only seeing a $2 off coupon and no option to share it to get the $2.50 coupon

    • S

I can’t find target coupon, the link just takes me to huggies site and when I printed the coupon it’s manufacturers coup! Plz help

  37. Mar

Can you use the $3/1 Huggies coupon from the 5/18 Insert?? I got two in mine (FL). One was for the little movers…not sure if that’s included in the deal. Thanks in advance!

Please let me know how you know what coupons to print before you even know what’s going to be on sale!?! I “love” your target videos, my favorite place to shop. Would love to save more. Could you please do a video on how you figure out what items you are buying.. I have been waiting to find out how you do this!!!

Oh, and for the lady Karen!! If you have nothing nice to say don’t say it at all.. Bet you feel foolish now after Collin did BUY the box she stepped on!!! Just saying!!

    Collin:
Thank you for these videos, absolutely love them, please continue!!! I appreciate all the work you do to help us save money. Working full time and watching grandkids at night, you save me by doing the matches for me. Sincerely, thank you.

PS: Don’t let the small percentage of negative people get to you. Some people must not have been taught that if you have nothing nice to say, then say nothing. Geez.

Ha loved your video and saved tons too! My total before coupons was $124.46, (I always write it down so I can make sure all my coupons are deducted) after coupon, cartwheel, and redcard I paid $45.57 and that included tax! I was really stressed before coupons though, I was like oh no this sucks what did I buy, but after I was like yay! I don’t know how people do it without coupons.
