Yay..! I did print out the high value Philips Norelco coupon for a deal at CVS..however before hitting there I was at target and picked up a Philips Norelco QG3364/42 which was marked down at $29.99 and used the coupon on that with no probs at all..thank u so much Collin..

You do know just cause it goes through with no “beeps” it doesn’t mean you are using the coupon correctly? People make honest mistakes all the time, but knowingly using the wrong coupon on something to score a deal just hurts couponers in the long run. This coupon is not intended for that product for anyone else looking to copy that deal 🙁

Hi everyone, I have a problem…
Everytime I go to a store and use coupons, my hands start trembling like crazy! It’s really embarrassing and I honestly don’t even know why it happens because I know what I’m doing isn’t wrong and I have planned everything out! It”s also weird that it doesn’t always happen, only certain times. It’d be easy if I could just hand over the coupons and get it over with, but with things like cartwheel and mobile coupons were I have to hold my phone, I can’t hide the fact that my hands are shaking!! Does any one go through similar problems? Any suggestions about what I could do? Like I said it’s extremely embarrassing because as a couponer one should show that they are in control and know what they are doing. Anyway any suggestions or comments are appreciated. Thank you all so much!
I think it’s just because you are nervous or excited. Did you just start using coupons.?? It happened to me when I started using coupons at first . After 5-6 trips I got fine:)so you should be fine too:))
Thanks Ash, I’ve been going at it for 3 months, which I guess isn’t much. I really do hope it wears off pronto. I hate apologizing to the cashier for my trembly hands haha
Just pull up your barcode, enlarge it, face the phone towards the cashier and set it down on the little stand in front of you before they need it. Their scanners can reach (or are unattached). Or they pick it up. I get nervous too and it’s been years ;).
Ps. Just bc I’m thinking about what helps me. I will never go to the line w more than 10 coupons and I never try to follow up one transaction w another. Too many confuses me, confuses them and their radar flies up. Ill check out, tie the bag up and continue shopping or go to another line. Especially if I’m doing a deal when I receive a gift card. Swear I have done this up to 3 or 4 times. It just makes me feel better ~ and if my scenario or calculations didn’t quite work out the way I planned, I can catch the mistake or budget myself better.
Here is some suggestion that I do:
Make my list w/prices from this site also add if I’m using coupon , cartwheel , mobile. This way I know what I’m using and can adjust the prices if need to. I mostly use internet coupons what I started doing is leave right side and jot my notes on that and just snip it off before using.
I normal only do 2 transaction so I get 2 envelopes and put coupons that I’m going to use.
I put everything in the top basket that is my 1st , and everything else goes in the bottom basket. Plus I tell them right away when I get to the checkout that I will be 2 and they have always been very nice and friendly about it.
I also have that problem. Your not alone. I have 3 cashiers that i am comfortable with and they are super friendly and are happy scanning all them coupons. It helps with the nerves.
Daniel, sounds like anxiety! Maybe you can take some deep breaths and try not to worry about your hands. Feel good about saving money 🙂 maybe try talking to the cashier while she’s ringing you up so you dont feel so anxious.
I can’t figure out how to get these coupons. I sent the text *offers* and got back word that I already signed up for the target mobile coupons for 5 messages a month. The coupons that came a few days ago do not have these same coupons. Does anyone know how to get these mobile coupons if I already have a target mobile account but was not sent a link for these new coupons?

Brooke, if that is your mobile coupon sent to your phone the bar code is unique. Meaning if someone prints it and uses the offers before you do, they’ll say redeemed. I’d contact collin to remove it.

A similar thing happens to me, except that when I text them a word, say OFFERS, it tells me that I need to sign up even though I already did. If I try signing up again it says that I already signed up. It’s really annoying.

I want to know how to put codes from mobile offers and cartwheel together on my phone screen so the cashier only has to scan it once and I don’t have to keep going back to my messages looking for the right mobile offer text. That’s when I get nervous and get shaky hands! :0 Thanks
If you have an iPhone, you can screenshot each one so you can just scroll through. I either do that or have each one open on an individual tab.

Ana, if you download the target app, all your text offers will be in one spot under the”Deals & Coupons” tab. Then you can scroll through them at checkout. I just tap into targets wifi bc sometimes my 3G is won’t. I open the app before I get to the ckout counter. AFA cartwheel, my phone has widgets and there’s one for cartwheel. After I have the cashier scan my mobile codes, I close the Target app and scroll to the page on my phone so the cashier cab scan the bar code. Or you can print the upc code from your computer and just carry that, major sure the cashier doesn’t keep the page!

I just left my Target and used the $1.50/2 Market Pantry pasta sauce coupon and the 5% Cartwheel offer to get two jars of pasta sauce for 23 cents each. Plus, I grabbed six pizzas and some other items I had coupons for. They FINALLY had Aquafresh kid toothpaste in stock, too. Yay!

They can be found anywhere, home mailer booklets, in store displays, the weekly ad. Just keep checking hip2save, as codes make the rounds, it’ll eventually get posted here!

I don’t believe the mobile offers can be used online. Sometimes similar offers will be on the coupon section at target.com, and it’ll have an online code to use at checkout.
