it’s one per person/transaction. But sometimes manager at my store allow me to do more transactions cuz I shop at that store a lot and they know me. So depends on your store/cashiers.HTH
I am a bit confused with the Tide deal. The e-coupon is the same that they are applying in store, so from 5.99 it already goes down to $3.99 (after that ad/e-coupon for $2 off). This means that if you apply the $1/1 off, it will be $2.99, not $1.99. Correct?
Also, for all those cereal deals, if you are buying 4, how many coupons of the same can we use in the same transaction? In other words, how do you get the lowest price? (because what I read in the post was “use X coupon or Y, or Z…” all “or”, non additive. Thanks!
You must give them store coupon 2/1 in ad to get price from $5.99 to$3.99 and than use 2/1 mc to get price to $1.99. Price of $1.99 is if you use 2/1 mc from pg insert or if you have same coupon at J4U. HTH
There are 2 different $2 off coupons…one is a store coupon found in the ad or in your Just for U account and the other is a manufacturer’s coupon (if you have it in your Just for U account or from the inserts).
For the cereal deals, you can use up to 1 coupon per item. If your store doubles, you’ll just need to figure out what items would be the best for you to purchase and which coupons to use.

Safeway’s coupon policy states that they will only accept one coupon per item, so you can’t stack a just for u and a manufacturer’s coupon on the same item. See statements 21-23 at https://www.safeway.com/ShopStores/Justforu-CP-RL.page . If you use a paper coupon that is worth more than a just for u coupon, it will void the just for u coupon. I get great deals at Safeway, but hardly ever use paper coupons because they are usually already online, I just load to my card. Loading a personalized price and a just for u coupon for the same item will combine, and those are usually great deals.
Rachel I believe you are incorrect. Safeway does not allow you to stack 2 manufacturers coupons on one item and if you give them 2 they will use the highest valued one. You cannot use a j4u manufacturer coupon and an internet printed coupon but you can use a j4u STORE coupon and a MC on the same item
My apologies, I meant safeway will only allow one manufacturer’s coupon per item. Can’t combine a manufacterer’s just for u and paper manufacturer’s coupon.
Some of the coupons in the j4u are store and some are MC so you just have to know which are which in order to stack them
Rachel you are right . They used to accept both coupons but now they only accept one coupon.
Plus, if some thing on Bogo Free you can use only one coupon.
The $2/1 Tide Coupon available on the Just4U site is a one time use manufacturer’s coupon, so you wouldn’t be able to use it in conjunction with the $2/1 from the 6/1 P&G.
Or at least, I’m not seeing any other $2/1 on my Just4U that isn’t a manufacturers. Maybe some of you are, though.
How strange! I guess not everyone will have the additional $2/1 mfg. coupon available to clip. If you don’t, you’ll need to use the $2/1 coupon in the 6/1 PG or the $1/1 coupon on Coupons.com.
I have the MFG coupon in my account but I’m not seeing a $2/1 store coupon. I checked under personalized, coupon center and my local ad. The local ad just shows a club price of $5.99 and the $2 off MFG. Would it be somewhere else? Thanks for your help! 🙂
Mine showed up as just a coupon for the 3.99 price under “Weekly ad” in the app, then I had the $2 off coupon in the P&G section. Hope that helps
My J4U account only has the $2/1 MQ, BUT the paper ad (front page) has a $2/1 (doesn’t say it’s an MQ). So I guess some of us will have to clip out the other Q from the ad.
I’ve been told that the Just for U are manufactured coupons. The only time they are store is if its a store brand item.
That’s not true, the J4U coupons can be store coupons and not just MFQ, the easiest way to find out what ones are store coupons is use the search function and type “limit” all the coupons that come up with a limit on them are store coupons which you can stack with a MFQ.
Can we do this deal in separate transactions? Considering the ad states limit 1 (we can clip a few Q’s from the ad). Unless it’s being tracked with our loyalty cards?
Holly it’s not tracked by loyalty card so limit is one per person / transaction. You can do deals each time when you go to store. Or ask manager if he/she can get you green light to do more transaction in one trip. HTH
My Tom Thumb system now don’t accept both coupons for the same product. They will only accept Just 4 you coupon Or Manf coupon.

Well, just leaving Safeway and I was unable to use the both of the 2.00 off coupons. They told me the 2.00 just for U coupon on the front page of the ad is a manufacturer coupon. So this is not so great of a deal.
Gina I was at my store like hour ago and use both coupon. Manager told me that coupon in ad is store coupon. So I used mc coupon and that store coupon. I know every store/ manager has own coupon policy. Try another store… Sorry that some of you have problems with tide deal.
Gina, were both Q’s scanned? Just to make sure the register recognized it. I prefer the self check out, but I wonder if the register wasn’t physical accepting one of the Q’s.
My argument with a manager would be that the in-ad Q doesn’t reflect an “MQ” notation.

Today’s ad (June 4) has a Just 4 U coupon that sets the price of the Wishbone (16 oz) dressings at $1.49. The ad says it is a limit of 3. Use the $1/1 MQ, plus ibotta to get a MONEYMAKER!!
Also, in today’s ad, it shows Ben and Jerry’s on sale for $2.99 per pint. I have a $1/1 digital coupon that I added to my Safeway card, along with a Personalized Deal for 10% off ice cream. It works out to less than $2 for Ben and Jerry’s. Yay me!
I am only seeing the $2/1 Tide manufacturers coupon in my account, are we sure the coupon in the ad is in fact a store coupon?
Just to clarify exactly what worked for me today. I loaded $2/1 MQ onto my card (I found that in my Just4U account.) Then I clipped the $2 off coupon from the sale flyer. Went through self checkout. The loaded MQ came off automatically. Then I scanned the $2 paper coupon myself. That coupon shows up on my receipt as a STORE coupon. Total price $1.99 after $2 card savings (this week’s sale price), $2 store coupon, and $2 Manufacturer e-coupon. HTH.
