My coupons printed at .75 cents but say (redeemable at walmart) will they still take them at target ?

Help! I know I read a comments a few weeks ago that told how to use Mobile coupons without a phone – you could print them out ? How do I do this? I’m still using a “dumb” phone! Thanks for any help.
Hi Margot! If you text OFFER to 827438 then it will send back a web address. All you need to do is type it into your computer’s web browser and it will bring up the bar code as well as the coupons included for that bar code. Just print it off and you’re set!
