This has nothing to do with this post, but I need help. I signed up for the Julep deal that for the first box you only had to pay shipping, but it also signed you up for a monthly membership. For the last two months I have been trying to cancel membership, leaving voice-mails (no one ever answers the phone) and sending e-mails. No one returns any of my messages. Does anyone know how to cancel membership to Julep? Thank you!
I am having same issue, If they send me another box, They just won’t get paid for it, And I’ll keep it.
I was finally able to cancel today after trying for almost two weeks to get a hold of them. The rep said they do honor cancellations by leaving a voice mail but you will need to provide the necessary information meaning your name, e-mail, and phone.
After trying to cancel for almost two weeks, my July box has been shipped and she told me I would have to pay for shipping once I made the return but I refused since their call center is impossible to get a hold of. In the end, she did waive the shipping charge and I will get my full refund. But boy, what a pain!!
Continuously refuse it by not opening the box and writing ‘refused – return to sender’ on the box. They’ll get the picture 😉
That’s the same thing that happened to me, I tried to cancel it by leaving an email before I would be charged for a second one, but they billed me and shipped it anyway. Seemed like a scam to me, don’t do business with Julep!

Has anyone used anything like this themselves? My iphone 5 screen is cracked, I’m hoping this kit works but I’m scared to use it!

So, just a heads up, that if you do open your phone and change the screws, that you are voiding any warranty or ability for even out of warranty service at Apple.
I bought an apple 4 from a man that does cell phone repair and has his own business. The screen on mine had been cracked and he replaced it. there was something wrong with the software and I took it to Apple. they stopped even looking at it when they realized that someone besides Apple had replaced the screen. Would not even consider looking at the software and told me they would no even consider any repairs on the phoine since a third party had done anything to it
