Safeway has an ice cream special going on till the 8th if you buy 3 select products you can save 3 dollars, so If you buy 3 packs of magnum bars at Safeway you can get each pack for 2.49 and if you use 3 of the coupons you can get them for .99 cents each!

there is limit of 2 per shopping trip but at my safeway there is blinky $1/1 magnum and fruttare coupon on front by the ice cream. I’m going to use two $1.50 and one $1/1 and pay around $3.50 for 3 packs wohooo

kroger doesn’t give overage and in my experience, coupons that exceed the amount don’t even scan. i have been able to get an item for just “free” by taking it to CS though.
My Kroger definitely doesn’t give overage, the register/computer always adjusts the amount down.
that’s how it used to work at my kroger, until they “updated their systems”. not it doesn’t even take my coupon. 🙁 but cs did allow me to just get it free once when i tried taking it there….

where are u located? did the coupon just scan, no problems? here in metro detroit, after a system update a little bit back, that doesn’t happen here anymore. 🙁
based on my personal experience shopping at Kroger/Frys, some would put the overage towards your purchase but they won’t give you the overage in the form of money. So I think it all depends on the cashier and the store.
i used to get overage from insert coupons but not IP’s. but after their recent remodel and “System update”, i can’t even use a coupon that exceeds the item amount. doesn’t matter the cashier, the register just won’t allow it. 🙁

They are BOGO, making them $1.99 each. There is a store coupon for $1.50 that can be stacked with either this $1.50 coupon or a $1.00 coupon from a blinkie. Either coupon makes it a MM.

Got 5 boxes of magnum, 2 bryer, and 1 klondike for free! Got some magnum rain checks for next super double too since these coupons doesn’t expire till September
I bought 4 breyers ice cream, 6 lady speed stick deodorants, 2 hamburger helper and paid $4.50 at Frys and another 2 breyers ice cream at walmart (price match for $2.48) and paid $1.96
Breakdown please
Pinki, I shopped at Frys(AZ). The breyers ice cream was $2.48 when you buy 6, the lady speed stick was .89 cents (buy 6, save 3), and the hamburger helper was .89 cents as well. I did 2 transactions since the breyers ice cream coupon states limit 2 in one shopping trip. I used four $1.50 breyers coupons, 6 lady speed stick coupons( free since frys still double first 3 coupons) and used 2 e-coupons for hamburger helper. Then I used the remaining 2 breyers coupons at Walmart and asked the cashier to price match them and paid $1.96. All in all I paid 6.46 for 12 items 🙂
