I see people asking for formula checks a lot. Can the checks sent out be used by other people because they come with your name on them. I’d be happy to pass on the checks when I get them, but I’m always afraid to because they have my name on them & don’t want to do anything illegal.
I think Enfamil refunds the store as long as it’s used for the product and gets treated like a coupon.

I called customer service and they noted in my account that they will honor the 49.99 price and to call back in a week to ten days and it should be in stock again. Then theyd also honor the 20% off. The gentlemen i spoke with was very kind.

I was able to purchase one on the 7th and received the shipping notification today. Can they comeback later and charge me for the error?
No. They can’t charge you full price later. You have a receipt with the price you agreed to pay. Yay! They are shipping it. Good sign for the rest of us who got in on this deal.
Mine is still stuck in shipping label created mode but shows delivery of tomorrow. Kohls nor the manufacture will do anything until the schedule delivery date passes. So we shall see. Apparently from what I was reading online UPS is notorious for not scanning packages.
Mine is currently in MD (I’m in VA) & is showing delivery by end of day tomorrow. That makes sense about UPS not scanning or updating because I’ve had several that never showed updated info & then they’re suddenly knocking on my door. Happened with a pkg I just got today in fact! Mine was showing delivery of today but has now been rescheduled to Friday. I guess that’s what happens when you live in Arizona and the item was shipped out of New York. 🙂
J did you convince your husband to put the stroller together? Is so what do you think of it? I’m sure it’s worth every cent of the $50 or less you paid. 🙂
Actually I ended up putting it together myself. Had a few problems…first I couldn’t figure out how to unfold the chassis because the instructions really weren’t clear. It said to unlock the auto lock and it has this crappy b&w picture that’s too dark to see what they’re talking about. I was looking for a button or something, it’s actually a small latch type thing down towards the foot of the chassis. Then I couldn’t figure out how to unfold the handle bar (the buttons are on the inside of the handle bar and I just didn’t notice them at first). Then, I thought the bassinet was defective because it wouldn’t sit in the housing to latch onto the stroller. After some examination of the various parts I realized one of the screws wasn’t fully screwed in, so that was a super easy fix. Then when attaching the lining to the bassinet it was a bit confusing because the directions weren’t very clear. It didn’t take too long to figure out, and all in all everything was fairly easy to put together. However, I do feel that their instructions could be more clear in some places and they could’ve had better photos for some of the steps.
Overall I’m really liking it so far. My cat thinks it’s fantastic and has gone for a ride in the storage basket & explored the bassinet which I think he’d like to claim as his own 🙂 The storage basket is nice and big and you can unzip the back end of it to allow it to expand to give you even more room. It also has 2 pockets at this zippered part which is a nice addition. The bassinet also has side pockets and also has carry straps to more easily carry it around (without baby in it of course).
It seems to maneuver really well, though I haven’t taken it outside yet so this is only on carpeting that I’ve tried it on so far. The break also seems very good & sturdy. The handle bar is nice and cushiony & feels like it’ll be comfy to push around. I’m also loving that with the canopy on & the wind cover on both the bassinet and the regular seat it fully covers the baby inside & will block sun, rain, wind, etc. Both canopies have peep holes to check on baby which is great. It’s also very nice that it comes with the rain cover and mosquito net. I haven’t checked those out yet, so I can’t tell you much about them. The diaper bag is a nice little bonus, but it’s tiny and isn’t good for much more than if you were just leaving your house for like an hour. It might be good to leave in the car with a diaper or 2, small pack of wipes & a burp cloth…I doubt much more would fit in it…maybe you could include a onsie as a clothes change in an emergency. It does have a small changing pad in it which is nice, but it is also small.
I love all of the features & that you can easily use it from newborn to toddlerhood easily. If you got the car seat attachment it’s also very nice that you can use it with the infant car seat as well. I already have a snap & go stroller, so for me this attachment wasn’t necessary. I do have a feeling that this stroller is going to take up my whole trunk in my car though & that kind of sucks but I did expect it cuz I just have a Honda Civic.
All in all it’s absolutely worth the $42 I spent on it 😉 It’s definitely a nice stroller & I’m very excited to have scored such a great deal on it! I really think my baby girl will be very comfortable in it. I look forward to hearing how you like yours once you get it. Sorry for my novel of an answer, but I couldn’t find any reviews on this stroller, so I figured I’d put this all here in case it helps anyone who is looking:)

J when did you place order order? I placed mine at 10 pm on July 7th. I did receive the shipping notification but when I check UPS it says the label was created and ready for pick-up. Perhaps I just over thinking this. 🙂

I received the shipping confirmation yesterday at 12:06 pm (central time). I also placed an order for the car seat adapter on the evening of July 8th and haven’t received shipping notification for that item.

J, mine shows shipped and when I click on the tracking number it takes me to the UPS site which has a status of “shipping order processed”. I called UPS last night and they said Kohls uses a third party to transport cargo items and that UPS delivers the last leg of the transport. Not sure how much I trust what the UPS rep says.
J and Liz, I have an update! I chatted with Kohls online. Kohl’s said the stroller comes direct from the manufacture. The manufacture is located in Canada and when I spoke with Stroll-Air she said the items from Kohls have been mailed out. She said since it comes from Canada sometimes UPS don’t update their tracking info right away. She said if it doesn’t arrive by Tuesday to call her back and she will track it and/or send another one.
C, I am so excited for you. My order still shows In Fulfillment with an estimated delivery between 7/11 and 7/16.
Mine also shows in Fulfillment with that est delivery date. Hopefully it’s just showing that since it’s coming direct from manufacturer & they just haven’t updated it in the system. It is exciting to hear that yours has shipped C & that they said the kohls orders are in fact going out! I really hope the rest of us are as lucky & get good news soon! Btw the manufacture is located in Canada and when you track your package it will show the sender as being Fedex trade networks which is a transport company.

My ups link says that the item is in Buffalo, NY as of 8:54pm. That is the only location listed so I’m not sure if it’s still waiting to be picked up or this is a ups location.
Mine also shows as being in buffalo, ny but no other info. No delivery estimate or anything else is listed. I have an unrelated pkg that’s also through ups that has said it’s in AZ since 7/7 with no updated info shown until late this evening, so I wonder if they’re just slow to update lately & slow with their shipping lately for some reason. Mine shows the shipment is ready for pick up but with no tracking info but a delivery date of Tuesday.

Does anyone have experience with pricing errors and items received? Can the store come back and charge you later for the item?
I have gotten lots and lots of amazing deals through kohls. They have only cancelled orders a handful of times. I’ve never heard of them retroactively charging customers more money later. I don’t think they can do that.
When they cancelled your orders what stage was it in (processing, fulfillment, completed)? Wonder if that has anything to do with it….
When I’ve had order modifications, it was during the “in fulfillment” stage. It is very rare to have an order cancelled. At least in my experience. That being said, I still haven’t gotten my shipping notification yet, but I am cautiously optimistic that it is coming.
Well, I called them and they said it was a pricing error and they took it down anyway! Perhaps people who ordered it in-time and got it shipped were lucky few 🙂
The stroller arrived today! I also bought the car seat adapter for the Chicco Keyfit 30. Once we put it together I’ll post how the adapter fits just incase anyone is interested in purchasing one. 🙂

J I saw your review and instructions. It’s not pregnant women friendly so I had my husband put it together. He didn’t have any real issues but the bassinet stumped him for about 5 minutes. The universal car seat adapter is very easy to use and is essentially the same set up as the seat and bassinet. Only downfall with the adapter is a strap which goes along the front of the car seat (over babies lap). I’m not sure if this is typical with adapters.
I’d agree that this would’ve very difficult to put together while pregnant…that belly really likes to get in the way! I’m glad ur hubby got it put together for you. I hope you like it as much when your little one arrives!
As far as the strap on the universal car seat adapter…on my snap & go it has the strap too, and I do use it since my baby is too young (only 6 wks) for me to feel like it’s in her way. However, my car seat (Graco snug ride) actually does snap onto the stroller so I guess I wouldn’t really have to use the strap. I just do for added safety, but I may reevaluate if I want to use it or not as she gets bigger during the times I choose to use that stroller over this one. I believe the strap is there on mine because some car seats don’t have the same latch at the bottom to snap to the stroller so the strap is for securing in that situation. The car seat does sit nice & deep in it so even with just the strap I’m sure it would be fine.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but it looks like the adapter for the Stroll-Air doesn’t have the bar running horizontally under where the car seat would snap on, hence the straps. Have you set your car seat into it yet? Does it seem to sit nice & deep in the open area of the adapter? That would be my only concern with it just having straps. If it sits nice and deep and you use the straps I think you’ll be fine. Just take added precautions & go slowly if you go over any rough surfaces with it attached.

I must have been lucky. I called Sunday and the rep happily changed the price for me without batting an eye.mine is set for delivery tomorrow. She even key me apply the 30% off coupon. I have been pretty impressed with kohls overall.
