Not good quality at all. I loved the zoya deals!! Awesome quality there!
yeah not good quality, canceled well but I’m not keeping the polish. FYI 🙂
I love Julep and the products that they send me in each box every month! If anyone wants to try them out, please use my referral link 🙂
Thanks in advance!

Go through swagbucks they usually give 500-800 swagbucks when you sign up with julep
Then you can cancel right away (leave a message with them) and it’s better than free!
Hard to cancel subscription unless you cancel that credit card or buy a reloadable card
If anyone was able to print the crayola ultra clean marker coupon and the 64+ crayon coupon yesterday and doesn’t need them, I would be happy to trade a $5 domino gift card for them!
Didn’t love the polish, poor quality – it chipped right away and was very thin. Called to cancel and left a message – never heard back – and had to cancel the card. Definitely NOT worth it.
Google the company and you will find this is a huge issue. You can only cancel over the phone, but I got a machine every time I called. You are told you can cancel y leaving a VM, but it didn’t happen in my case. Check out their BBB rating. Buyer Beware !!!
My cancellation worked and was really easy. No questions asked.
Mine was very easy as well. It didn’t even take 5 minutes…
My cancelation was also very easy. Did not like the quality of the nail polish either.
Have had a hard time canceling my subscription….keep getting a recording telling me to leave a voicemail and they will get back to me (they haven’t). I am VERY frustrated!
Agreed, terrible quality. Love Zoya so much more.. Or even wet n wild better than julep. Haven’t called to cancel yet but I’ve skipped each box after my first
Don’t waste your time ordering a thing, all junk, however my cancellation went fine and I asked them to email me a confirmation of the cancellation and they did.
FYI, I did this last time the nautical box was posted and they sent it overnight, which was SO weird. Well, I found out why. Because I had read SO many things online saying how difficult it was to unsubscribe, I started looking through my account and discovered I had only 1 day after I received the box to cancel. I literally tried calling 13 times and left four messages. Finally I just hit the option to talk to Tech Support and he cancelled for me. Just a word of caution. By the way, the stuff was AWESOME for 3.00, but not worth 30.00.
I haven’t used their online products but went to one of their salons while visiting Seattle. I fell in love with them and their products. The polish they used there was great (which was the same polish I was given to take home). Not sure what the difference is but I am glad that I read the other comments. I am not sure that I want to risk signing up for monthly product delivery.
They ship the second box before you receive the first one, so I got charged and had to negotiate to get a return label sent to me so I could return it unopened. In order to cancel, I pressed an option for tech support or to place an order or something – the number for cancellation is just a voicemail. I don’t know if the hassle is worth the $3 of products – I haven’t tried them yet so I can’t speak to the quality.
