I buy the low sugar kind for making jam. It was $3.00 ish for a small jello sized box. The normal kind is in the high $2.00 range. I am guessing home made fruit snacks call for gelatin, not pectin. I’m not certain, but I’m almost positive that pectin would not be a good substitute.
There was a $2/1 online about a week or so ago I used (2) at Kroger I think the Sure Gel pectin was on sale. I’d buy again if that coupon were available again.
