Meijer also has the Arm & Hammer Liquid Detergent on sale this week:
$2.99 Arm & Hammer Liquid Laundry Detergent 45-75 oz or Power Paks 27 ct
    -$2.00/2 Arm & Hammer coupon
= $1.99 each when you buy 2 with coupon

$2 per bottle on sale at Price Chopper this week-just $1 each with coupon!

On a different note… I was at Walgreens yesterday attempting to use some register rewards. I purchased something else that earned register rewards and when I didnt get credit for them, asked a mgr. He said you don’t get RR when you use RR. He gave them to me, but just wanted to let all of you know…. wondering how many RR people are losing because of this stupid policy.

I stopped shopping at Walgreens pretty much altogether. Unless it’s a “simple” deal, like the bottled water deal this week. No coupons, BOGO or RR involved.

That’s not true mikeB. You have to be realllly careful b/c if the RR deal is from the same company that you already have a RR for, then chances are the new RR won’t print. If the VALUE is different (like you use a $1 RR and it’s $2 RR back), chances are the new RR will print.
But what I do is just roll RR’s to BR deals and back again. If a RR doesn’t print, they can’t say it’s b/c I used a RR and the manager will try to figure out why it didn’t print (many times it’s b/c the machine isn’t even on, out of paper, or jammed). Or put equivalent points on my card. If you don’t want to deal with an unknowledgeable cashier or manager, you can always call the catalina people. Give them the info from the receipt and usually within 2 wks or so, you’ll get a replacement RR (with a longer exp date!) Its 1-888-8COUPON.

My rite aid had the Arm & Hammer on sale for 2 for $4 for their grand reopening, so if I paired this coupon up with the deal I’d get these for $1 each. Awesome.

  5. Jen

Price Chopper has Arm and Hammer on sale for $2, so only $1 each after the coupon!!!

  6. Heather C

It is also on sale at Dollar General this week. $3.50? This would pair nicely with one of those Saturday coupons $5 off $25!

I’m in Atlanta and last time this was.BOGO….all they had was.2.and used this coupon scanned and didn’t beep at all. The coupon is $2/2 not buy 2 and get $2 off!!

    • mel

Essentially, the value is $1 off EACH item. RA & Walgreens do not want customers to save $$ on FREE item promos. And FYI, $2/2 IS the same thing as buy $2, get $2 off.

      • mel

$2/2 IS the same thing as buy 2, get $2 off (typo!)

I’m with you Amy. If the deal isn’t simple, I don’t shop at Walgreens at all anymore. They have just become WAY to complicated and picky.

  9. Lana

When you have people who blatantly abuse the coupon policies…yes that’s probably why they changed it.

  10. Eleny

I can’t find the coupon is it gone?
