Mine came the first year to my preschool, and then it didn’t come the next year. Then it didn’t come the last TWO years! 🙁 It always sent an email saying I didn’t have to do anything and it would come, so that frustrated me :(. The coupons in the kits were the best: $1 off ANY colgate toothpaste, making the $1 ones free!
oops I meant to say the first year it came, 2nd year no, 3rd year yes, and then the last two years no. I think that’s right—-it’s been about 5 years total
I told several of my teacher friends about this deal last year and they all submitted for the toothpaste and such. Not one of them got anything! 🙁

I got this last year and just filled out the form and it says I will get it again! The kids love it!
I got this earlier this year. I volunteered for my sons classroom, but had it shipped to the house. This kit was great! More than enough supplies for all the kids. Through this kit the kids can get a great early understanding of the importance of oral health.

I am hoping this is not the case for you, there are a lot of sticky fingers at my school. I usually have things ship to my home or if possible my p.o. box.

i requested couple years ago for my cousin’s daycare school, it did come every year… but now she closed the school… don’t know how to stop them from sending it again….

I know Colgate will send this kit to our Kindergarten class.
I ordered these last year and nothing ever showed up. Sadly too because we anticipated them coming so I had a week dedicated to hygiene (one day a dermatologist came to talk about keeping skin & hands clean, another day a dentist, a doctor, nutritionist, etc.). I ended up having to pay nearly $50 since the kits never actually came! I was very saddened.
I get this every year. My first year at my current school the office didn’t ‘see’ my name and gave everything away during report card pickup.
I definitely straightened them out after that!
It would be great to have a give a way for my children!

To ditto the rest, I came to a new job a few years ago with leftover samples from other years, requested more to be sent and never received any in the 3years I was in that position.
Completed form for Starbucks, what gives? Didn’t get anything!!!

I am the class coordinator for my youngest so hopefully it comes. We do a month after this dedicated to different hygiene related topics so I will hand out if it comes. Not saying a peep because if it doesn’t I will be buying 32 toothbrushes and mini pastes lol.
