I have a cat with kidney disease and a poor appetite. It will eat when I pour this broth on its food. I think it is kind of expensive as it is mostly broth with mere slivers of whatever in it. I appreciate the offer of a free pack since Kroger has been charging $1.35 per pack.
    Thanks for the post.

Mona, i have a cat with kidney disease among other medical issues. cancer, etc….her appetite was also poor. i started feeding her gerber baby food ham, chicken or turkey (no beef) they are about 1.00 a jar, she eats it up EVERYTIME. there are no weird items in it. she actually has gained a few ounces and maintained her weight rather than losing weight. i cant recommend it enough, she has been on this for nearly three years.

Thanks for the idea Ryan. I think I may have to try that with mine. My oldest kitty has been refusing to eat anything but wet food and has been getting pickier about which ones she will eat. Glad to hear your cat has been maintaining her weight. 🙂

I’m sorry to hear about sweet kitty. i put my beloved down in may she had total kidney failure. so if you found food she will eat please continue.. Broth is good kitties need moisture in their diet just like eating the spleen in the mice.

Haha… so funny that they have a famous chef promoting it! Chances are, my cats will still turn their noses up at it!

Thanks Collin. It’s nice to sample cat foods before buying, especially with a finicky cat

Off topic but that chef is a hottie! 😉

    • Brandy

      He is! Lol

Our cat LOVES this. Another thing that is good for finicky kitties is tuna broth. When ever i make tuna i drain the water into a bowl and our cat licks/eats it all up!
