   Is this deal in stores or online? Just trying to figure out how you get the cosmetic bag in stores.

  I can’t say specifically for this deal as I have not been to target today but in the past the free item was near the product (toothpaste in this case) and when you check out assuming you bought the correct number the cost of the bag is $0.00. There should be signs in the store as well there normally are at my local target pointing to the free item or the free item will be on the shelf with the full price product. HTH.

  I just got back from target and seen the offer on the shelf by the 2pk toothpaste. So its going on in the store 🙂

  I used the mobile coupon on 4 separate transactions and it went through. I used it again today and it scanned just fine.

  Try a different browser. I don’t think Chrome works with it you have to use Explorer.

   The cosmetic bag that is being offered is not one that Target normally sells it is on an endcap with the twin pack toothpaste
