I had the same issue from my cellphone but I signed in through the computer and didn’t get anything 🙁
Make sure after you are signed in that you hit the extracare deals tab and then all of your available coupons should show up. That is where the $3 will be if you have it plus all the other coupons that print like when you scan your cvs card at the store will show up also. HTH.

I have a question. I went to login and checked my recent purchase history and there is an item on there is an item on there that I didnt purchase. If I call the cvs customer service and tell them can they look up the item and tell me what store and when it was purchased?
I had the same problem. I called CVS.com and they said that some people are having issues and others are not. They said it should be up and running later today. Hope that helps!

I have a question about a coupon I have:
The coupon says “manufacturer’s coupon” at the top but it has Walmart’s logo on it and says “redeemable at Walmart”. Do I have to use it there or can I use it at a grocery store? Thanks!
you should be able to use it wherever.
Its just a suggestion to purchase at WM, but you should be able to redeem anywhere. However, some stores are beginning to consider them “competitor” coupons, and are refusing. Which I personally disagree with as, it says Manufacturer coupon across the top and has a remit address for coupon redemption. So YMMV on if the store you try to redeem will accept it.
I tried to use a Coupon at CVS this week that said it was a manufacturers coupon, but under that said “redeem at Walmart”. The machine beeped and so the clerk handed it back to me. 🙁 I pointed out that it was a “manufacturer’s coupon” but he said “Sorry, the machine won’t take it.” So…. sometimes you can and sometimes you can’t. Good luck! Most of the time I have no problem with using them anywhere.
