The email will be coming from the email address no-reply@em.kelloggs.com with the Subject Line “We Miss You So Much! Something Extra-Special Inside!“. If you did indeed receive this email, simply scroll down and look for the image like the one above – then enter the unique 16-digit code and you’ll be rewarded with 500 bonus points!

Please let people know they have changed their sign in requirements. You have to enter a code every 60 days or you lose ALLLLLLL your points. I had over 14,000 and didnt log in for 3 months and enter a code and lost them all.
I just logged in after many months and I just realized they took all my points away too. I am wondering, if I call them if they would reinstate them. Of course I was looking to cash in a on coupon tonight. What a bummer 🙁
