Just a heads up for those who are purchasing. I bought a pair last year that were for the next season. The sizing was really messed up. She wore them once and they were hurting her feet and I buy Stride Rite wides all the time so I am used to how they fit. I emailed Amazon and they took them back minus a restocking fee of 20%. I was super happy with that since she wore them the one day. However lesson learned, make sure you try them on right away and I don’t recommend buying ahead of time.

Buying ahead of time can be tricky. My youngest totally skipped ahead a size.

Will it be ok to send preschoolers in athletic shoes ? Or i need to look for regular closed toe. TIA

Wasted time en route home from vacation stopping at a couple of stride rite outlets. Slim pickings! There sale walls are disappearing and their focus now seems to be on little kids’ shoes only. If you are buying saucony, also check out Nordstrom.com They currently have a great sale on several kids’ saucony styles…..plus free shipping.
For sizing and preferred colors we ended up buying on Amazon…..but just thought I would mention Nordstrom. Not a place I would typically think of as getting a bargain 😉
