check your spam folder – it doesn’t come from the regular Target address, but from a different email address

You can use the $10 off 40, and a get a $10 gift card for buying two, plus NO TAX!! With my additional 5% RedCard savings, and factoring in the gift cards, I spent $35.58 for TWO boxes!! Less than $18 a box! Do make sure you are on top of the gift cards though. For some reason one didn’t attach to an order. Target’s website is awful right now….I think there is too much traffic or something. It won’t show available stores for pickup and last night it wouldn’t let me pay for the things in my cart UGHHHHH

That happened to me too! Just call the 1-800 number on top of the page near your cart. A target rep will help you with your order over the phone. I did it and they are wonderful. I did 2 separate orders of the diaper deal to continue to get the $10 off $40 order. Also FYI after you complete your order you should get an email for your $20 E-Gift Card.
I got no where calling! I was not a happy customer! Plus I wanted to go thru ebates. Online was bad too. I was finally able to order online last night for store pickup. I ordered something for $35 and 2 items that all came to $40.26. Then it took off $10 and got free ship to store. I did pay tax.

I had purchased the leapfrog read with scout in store for $34.99 and the leapfrog reader junior in store for $29.99 for a total of $64.98. Seeing this deal made me wonder if I should return them, order online and save $10. Boy, am I happy to have read this. Online, the leapfrog read with scout was only $23.99 and the leapfrog reader junior was only $19.99. So I returned the items, bought them online and ended up saving $21.00 just on the difference of the items and an extra $10 to pick up at store. Got the same 2 items for $33.98! Thanks

I had the same thing happen to me. Made it a horrible experience for me. They would not let me substitute another item so I would lose the 10 off 40 Plus the 10 gift card I’d earn. Had to cancel the whole order. Hoping they work with you! Plus I rolled gift cards and it takes 48 hours for target to add the money back to them.
I called customer service and they emailed me a $30 gift card for my trouble! Sorry I missed out on the deal, but that was a nice surprise.
That just happened to me too. I am thinking about just canceling my whole order since I’m now under the $40 when one item is unavailable for pick up. I had used a $20 gift card too. Wonder how that works getting that back?
There is a huge list of online target coupon codes that I was able to stack effectively with the $40 deal. I used the pampers and Burt’s bees codes. They are listed on totally targets website, scroll all the way to the bottom for online codes! Love this deal, did it 4 times myself and a few times on hubby’s profile!! In store they can’t do missed coupon because they don’t have a receipt to scan.

Hi Viv, is there something specific that you did? I entered the TGT98TSB code on the billing page and it says the minimum requirement is not met. I am purchasing 2 Pampers Baby Dry Giant Packs.
I actually forgot to enter it online, but I had the baby mailer so I gave the cashier the coupon and he gave me the $2. I did the Burt’s bees baby shampoo without any problems though.

Oh crap!!! I just tried to place an order, everything was fine until I hit ‘submit’. I got an error code “bad request”. I used a pre-paid Visa gift card and the charge of $32.07 went through. Now what do I do? They deducted the money from my account. I checked my email and no confirmation, order # or anything like that from Target. Can you do a charge back on a gift card? I’d so much rather just have the items. I was on hold with Target CS for over 40 minutes and just gave up. 🙁

In order to get the $10 off $40 deal, you must order online & go to the store for pickup.
If you can’t order from your home computer try your mobile. My home computer told me certain items were unavailable online and wouldn’t locate stores. I went to their site on my cell phone and had none of these problems. Hope this helps!

I couldn’t get it to work online for picking up the diapers in the store but I used the Target App on my phone and it worked great.
Did anyone received the gift card before they pick up the order or is it sent via email only after the order is picked up?
You have to pick the order up then you get the gift card.
You get the gift card after you pickup. Baby dry diapers have been OOS since Monday.
Take that back, looks like if you can get the site to cooperate, baby dry are in stock!
FYI you can extend your pickup time from 4 days to 5 days by going into your Target online account –> order –> extend pickup. I pushed mine to Monday in case I can’t get there tomorrow!
I had a Target rep hang up on me when I asked to be transferred to another person because I couldn’t understand her and she didn’t understand what I was saying. Her conversational English was terrible. I am still on hold as I wait for a new rep. I’m not very impressed with their customer service.
On top of it, my order now says due to store stock one item is no longer available and it was my free item. UGH. I’m hoping they’ll just let me get a different color (it’s curtains) until they get more in. I called the store and was told they would get more of the color curtain I wanted Tuesday. Here’s to hoping, but I’m guessing they won’t honor the deal.
So, I spoke with a rep for 33 minutes! UGH! He was hard to understand as well. I’m guessing Target outsources their phone support to another country.
The way he solved the item not available problem to email me a $10 Target gift card. He did say the $10 off $40 for pickup in store would still be honored. I’ll see when I go pick up the rest of my order tomorrow.
I called my local store where I am to pick up and they were SO helpful! The woman I spoke with spent a long time on the phone accommodating the order and making sure I get the items I ordered for the price I paid.
I bought two boxes of target brand diapers online and picked them up in store to use the 10 off 40 coupon. Later I checked my email and saw I never got the 10$ promotional gift card. I looked up my transaction on my target account online and it said my gift card was canceled. I’ll call customer service in the morning but has this happened to anyone else?
I managed to do two 10 off 40 deals, have not piked up the second one yet, so fingers crossed. I am surprised how bad the target website is. I had to use a different device every time becuase if I had already used a device to place an order, I get a “unable to retrieve store information” message every time I used the “find in store” button. Prices were poppulating wrong, items were showing “unavailable for store pick up” on one screen, but then available on another. It was quite a mess. Did not have to call them luckly, but it took several days! I have never been on a site this bad ….
After spending over an hour trying to place an order online then calling them to spend 58 minutes on the phone with the before being “disconnected”, I finally give up. I needed this deal bad. I stock up when I can get good deals for my twins’ diapers. Very frustrated with Target!

I was told last night around 1230 EST that the deal would be extended today due to all the issues with the in-store pickup option when you place the online order. But I don’t see anything on their website this morning and the items Are still coming up “unable to retrieve store info”…??

Ok, it’s the morning after……does anyone else notice that Target has preauthorized several charges that shouldn’t be there. I made 3 orders, but have 10 separate pending charges from Target. Anyone else having this problem?
