   What am I doing wrong? I am entering the code and then it asks for the store. Is that right? I’m getting error messages. Maybe I’m on the wrong part of the page????

  Try clicking on the “where did you buy” drop down menu as if you’re going to choose a store but not actually selecting one. It should let you add your code then.

  I’ve tried many stores, used caps and lowercase, cut and paste and typed in manually. Nothing is working. Any other ideas? I’m wondering if I should create a new account because mine is really old and I don’t recall these codes being a “thing” before.
