Is the eGift Card a promotional thing that has a short expiration date, or is it actually a gift card.
It says it is an eGift card that expires after 90 days. I went through Ebates and I’m not seeing any savings posted. How quickly do they show when you earned something?
Just wanted to share that we had the worst experience ever dealing with Dell. They shipped us 2 TVs & then it took several months for a return pickup and we felt we had to fight them for our credit. It was exhausting!
Their customer service wasn’t great. Hopefully if y’all buy you get just exactly what you ordered.
Well we took a chance. Needed a new TV. Got the 55″ LG for $699. We’ll get a $200 card to use at Dell. We hope to get another smaller TV for our mom. I did use my AMEX for an extra year warranty and in case Dell happens to give us grief. Hoping the 32 inch will still be on sale or we find another reasonably priced less than $300 for our mom.

Well I wanted to update. My TV was supposed to be delivered on Aug 22. I still don’t have it. I called CS and it was a joke. They can’t find it. Finally the carrier found it and said they may be able to deliver it 9/8 or 9/9. I told them no. I filed a dispute with my CC company. Then I get an email from Dell saying they already canceled it but if I got a TV go ahead and accept it and they’d send someone to pick it up. Ummm NO?! Lol. I won’t use them ever again. What a nightmare. We ended up getting a 55 inch led TV from Kmart for $50 cheaper and got it the same day.
