Has anyone purchased these sheets before? Are they worth it?
I have purchased similar sheets and don’t like them. My very favorite sheets are target home brand, 100% cotton. Always stay cool and look as good 3 years later, as the day I bought them. They are the only kind I will ever buy again.
Are the Target sheets soft?
Just wanted to make sure that those interested realize that their site (not Hip2Save) tries to make it look like these are Egyptian cotton, and 1800 thread count. But they are actually a thin microfiber. Almost ordered until I noticed that ‘trick’. Not for me, but thanks to Collin and team (as always) for helping us find the best deals!
I’ve also noticed that on the past deals like this posted from amazon 🙁 too good to be true.
Christine – You are 100% correct – They NEVER give the thread count but keeping throwing in “1800 Series” so you think it is the thread count. Pretty sneaky!!!

Oh I am SO glad you pointed this out! I really didn’t expect to get luxury sheets, but I bought microfiber sheets @ Big Lots and they were thin and the bottoms ripped at the corners after a few washing –they were inexpensive, but I would have been better off buying better quality! I am not a fan of microfiber sheets at all!
Even though the description is deceptive, these are really soft sheets and I have been happy with others I have purchased.
I have bought sheets like this (“series”) and both my husband and I love them and would buy them again. We’ve had them for years and are still as good as the day we bought them.
I have never bought these. If they are microfiber, I have microfiber sheets and they are very soft, but thin.
These are not cotton though they insinuate they are.
I didn’t like them… felt cheap.. Really thin

I have purchased microfiber sheets from kohls when they were $11.00 for queen size. Microfiber sheets are usually not very expensive, so I doubt their original price.
but they are soft and very thin, they pack light and travel well. We take ours on vacation, because I don’t like using hotel or resort sheets, I know, I’m a bit odd, but they fold up very small because they are thin and don’t take up hardly any room in my suitcase.
as for everyday sheets, we prefer Egyptian cotton and at least 800 thread count for at home.
so these do serve a purpose but there’s a big difference from good cotton sheets.
They’re thin but very, very soft. It’s worth the price to get FOUR pillowcases!
Microfiber DOES NOT breathe! I bought a set at Costco for 15.99 thinking it was a great set but my husband and I are constantly overheating even with the bedroom fan on. During the summer months it was miserable, I would wake up drenched in sweat. I had to get rid of them because we weren’t sleeping, not worth the price.
