Its not on totally target but theres an ad scan on slickdeals that has is, and other sites. And people are reporting early inserts having it. Im not 100% but i saw the scan, it was next to the dreyer ice cream deal.

Maybe it’s a regional difference? I’ve seen two ad scans. One without any coupon at all and one with a gift card coupon. I’m so glad I saw this though. I was just about to leave to get groceries from Target lol
If I have two phones can I use the mobile coupon twice in one transaction or do I have to split it? Example: I want to buy 4 ziploc items and use two mobile coupons for the $0.75/2.
You can use them both. In fact, you can use up to four of the same coupon in a transaction.
1 mobile coupon per transaction.
Mobile offers are One time use. However if you have access to another set of coupons from another phone (I have my husband forward the text he gets to my phone), you can use that set as well, up to 4 “like” coupons per transaction like Nick stated.
Mel, you don’t have to actually bring in your husband’s phone? He just forwards you the text and you can use his coupons on your phone? just making sure

At Target you can go back within 3 days with your receipt and your coupons and they will adjust it for you. 🙂
This probably depends on the store. Mine requires you to go back the next day.
