Anybody have a review on this pillow? I would love to hear that it actually relieves snoring haha, but even better that it holds up nicely over time.

    • Natalie

I purchased two of these pillows at a trade show about 3 months ago.I bought my daughter one without the removable cover (which I believe is the older model)and I bought one with the removable cover.I like her pillow better because it’s softer and more comfortable than mine. They have both held up well and have maintained their shape.

    • Lynn

Maybe mine was a fluke….I wish I could share a photo but 90% of the stuffing is stuck in 20% of the pillow. I am returning it – I wasn’t thrilled with my purchase…the pillow is unusable

      • dilek

        Same thing with mine also.

        • alison

Mine arrived yesterday. Same deal. Really frustrated, and I read all the Amazon reviews before I ordered from Gear XS and didn’t see this addressed. And the “carry bag” is kind of a joke. It ripped when I pulled the pillow out of the bag and it took my husband and I together to pull the pillow out of the bag. I’m not sure how this could possibly go back in the carry bag. But I didn’t order it as a travel pillow, so it’s not a big deal for us. But it is silly that it’s a selling point! I bought this for my husband, and I really, really really want this pillow to work out for him, and am hoping that it will fluff up by tomorrow. 🙁

    • jennine

Do Not buy this! one pillow has come with a hole inside it and it does not fluff up well

  2. Christine

Just ordered my second one (at the request of my husband…the user of it) after ordering during the last time it was $20. The king size ended up being about $22 for us.
I can’t say it relieved his snoring, but it does make him toss and turn less, which decreases the chances of him “landing” on his back to snore 🙂
It takes a few days to fluff up, and you have to beat it up a little bit, but for him to ask for another one, I know it has to be pretty good!

  3. Sevdi

I ordered the king and got mine a couple of weeks ago honestly a waste of money.

  4. NICK

love it 🙂 got 3 last time for my king bad

  5. Jamie

    Thanks! Bought 2! 😀

  6. Kidsallgone

Looks about 50/50 in reviews lol

  7. Jenny

Ordered last time and I hate it… Total waste of $20

  8. Teri

I bought both the queen and king size. Took more than the recommended 48 hours to fluff up. I was worried because they are quite hard but I haven’t had any issues with stiff neck and I can squeeze and adjust to fit however I’m sleeping that night. It seems to go on sale periodically so I’d say if you are debating get one and try it out. If you don’t like it, it’s a great pillow to go in decorative shams. I’ll keep using mine to sleep on and so far I think it was a great purchase. On a side note, while I was allowing them to fluff, I couldn’t keep my cats off them so if they don’t work for you, your animals may love them…lol!

    • Belinda

How long does it take to fluff a queen pillow

      • Belinda

or what do u do to fluff a pillow

        • lenmar01

          It takes three days.

  9. Lori Stevens

I purchased this pillow a couple of weeks ago and completely regret it. The foam is a bunch of hard, disjointed pieces instead of one piece. Not comfortable at all! I have contacted customer service for a return but haven’t heard back from them. Buyer beware!

    • pam

I also purchased one a couple of weeks ago. I let it sit for 48 hr and fluffed it up (it does not fluff up). Same as yours just a bunch of hard pieces, not comfortable at all!!!!

  10. ethel

bought 2 and do not like them. they are hard as a rock.

  11. Andrea

We hated ours. Purchased a few weeks ago when on sale. Lumpy

  12. Sara

I’ve used mine for three nights now. They are definitely NOT for stomach sleepers. I think if you sleep in your back it might be comfortable.

  13. mickistreeter

Same here, Bought it a few weeks ago…. HATE IT! This seems to be the knock off version, not the original. Mine is a lumpy mess… and I followed the directions to air it out and fluff it. Literally… it is just hard lumps EVERYWHERE.

  14. Fran

Ok but not great. Had a weird smell at first but went away in a day or so. Not going to return but wouldn’t buy more.

  15. Jen

Hate it. It’s hard, smells. Total waste. And the bag is hysterical. Takes 2 people a few minutes to pull & tug it out. That thing is NEVER going back in the bag.

  16. Jacquie

I got one of these and the foam was in pieces so when you put your head on the pillow it is all lumpy. The pieces go from one side of the pillow to the other so their is a flat side and a lumpy side. It will work for a knee pillow not a head one.

  17. Maureen

Got one last time you posted. I hate it. So hard and lumpy. I spend several minutes every night trying to fluff it up so I can fall asleep with it. I like firm pillows but this is beyond firm. It doesn’t really move and mold with you. and the carrying case is a joke, who can ever get it back in there? I ripped mine on accident during the 20 minutes of trying to get the pillow out. Giving it a few more nights before I give up and return it.

  18. Jean

What a joke of a pillow, So sorry to say. We also had the same issues most of you all had. The pillow info did not say the filling was shredded memory foam.

    • Jean

The info on the web site says the foam is shredded!!!

  19. Nikki

Lumpy awful pillow!!! My neck has never hurt so bad after using it. Don’t waste your money!

  20. lenmar01

My wife enjoys this pillow. We let it sit out for three days and it is very comfortable.

  21. Colleen

I just bought the Big One Memory Foam Contour Pillow at Kohls on sale for less than $15 after the 15% off and so far it’s been exactly what I was looking for. They also have their regular Big One pillows on sale for $3.22 after the 15% off.

  22. 1luv

For those that are looking for a reliable pillow that won’t squish down to nothing after a few weeks, I have and love this memory foam pillow by Martha Stewart https://www1.macys.com/shop/product/martha-stewart-collection-bigger-memory-foam-contour-pillow?ID=1643516&CategoryID=28901&LinkType=PDPZ1

I was able to use coupons and found it for a great price during a one day sale …I think each ended up costing $15 down from $60. They have held up like they were from day one for the past year.

  23. Trish

Also bought the pillow…nobody in our house liked it. Same problem…bunching up of the inside and really hard.

  24. The reviewer

All this is a bunch of memory foam shavings in a very thin foam cover. The bag it came in ripped while removing this garbage from it. The foam cover ripped next and the shavings fell out. The only possible redeeming thing about this is the bamboo cover. I may keep it, but only because I want a very hard pillow between my legs for about $20. This China stuff is becoming not worth the effort. If it gets any cheaper the whole world will be disposable. So there, go chase your cheaper chicken.

  25. heann7

It comes all rolled up in a bag, and that is the problem. It shows it pictured as rolled up in a bag, but I mean, it is really, tightly rolled up in a bag. You have to literally rip and tear it out of there. It is lumpy & bunchy, a total joke. NO one could ever expect to sleep on this thing. It is a frumpy stinky mess. Total waste of $20. I am embarrassed.

  26. Ariel

fluff it! it will grow and grow and grow. no complains here

  27. murferella

I really like mine. Compared to the 42 pillows ive bought in my 38 years of life, its kept its shape, ergonomically supports my neck and for 20 bucks, come on! I just ordered another one for
    y husband!

  28. amber

I really had to beat the lumps out of mine. My complain is it is soooo big! And unlike a memory foam it takes awhile for your head to sink into it. I have slept with it a couple times and so far I haven’t woke up with any pains. I’m a side sleeper and I feel like it helps me to stay in a proper position rather than twisting my hips so much. Over all I like minus the size.

  29. Jeannette

I purchased the pillow a few weeks ago when this same deal was on, I received it yesterday and it did not come with any instructions. The pillow was all flat and lumpy and today it is the same still. Not happy with purchase.

  30. Jessica

Had to come back to this post and warn the buyers. I was looking for a one-piece memory foam pillow but obviously did not read the fine prints regarding those shreded lumpy small pieces of foam in it. Had to return them but had to pay for shipping by myself. So I ended up paying $15 shipping for nothing. Very sad because I coupon hard to save $15 and just wasted it on this “memory foam pillow” if it can be called that way. Will not go back to this gearxs ever.

  31. Karlee

I just got one, got it home and was thoroughly laughed at when I pulled it out of the travel pack. Started beating it, freaked out that I’d just spent 20 bucks on this frumpy lumpy POS and thought maybe I’ll put it in the dryer?! It’s actually fluffed up a lot already! So hopefully I’ll actually be able to use it!

  32. Jeanne

Wow – so hard and lumpy and uncomfortable. Not understanding how people love these. And they are not cool – not any cooler than our regular pillows. Seems like an Emperor’s New Clothes kind of thing. Giving them to Goodwill.

  33. RaPunZel

    I have two…LOVE THEM!!!!

  34. Sara

How do you make it NOT lumpy! There has to be a way…

    • lenmar01

Try flipping it over and don’t put it in a tight pillow case. Hope this helps you.

  35. Jeff

Read this after I got the pillows after waiting for a month (from Groupon). I decided to try throwing them (one at a time) in the clothes dryer for 15 minutes. It comes out really nice and fluffy and full with the stuffing evenly distributed. Not sure why they don’t include this as instructions.

    • Jean Brodis

Thank you so much for that tip! I had just taken mine out of the tight roll and it was hard as a rock and in big clumps. I had no idea what to do and was so thankful for reading your experience with it. Now it’s nice and soft and evenly distributed. I was amazed at how huge it got, but it’s very soft and flexible. Can’t wait to sleep on it tonight!

  36. per

Bought 2, returning same. Too large, hard as a rock, heavy, and has an offensive odor. Waste of money.

  37. Karen

I got two of the pillows about 4 months ago and my husband and myself love them. When we bought them the guy told us to put them in the dryer in low for about 5 minutes to fluff. It worked and we have had no problems with them. Would recommend. 😃
