Does anyone know why this won’t print for me? it says my Java is not up to date but I checked the java update and it says its up to date??
Happened to me too while on my laptop. But I switched computers (desktop) and it instantly loaded and printed. I have no idea why
Mine hasn’t done that..yet..I guess maybe check to see Java is enabled and if so, try another browser. Internet Explorer gives me the lesser grief right now lol
Try printing from a different browser. Also try checking to see if Java is loaded into the browser that you are using. In the browser you are using go to https://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp and verify that Java is working in it.
The same for me, but gave option to remind later. When I chose that it worked just fine.
Can anyone else using a Mac get these Smart Source coupons to print?
No I can never get it to print from my Mac:( bummer..
When I was having trouble printing SS, it told me to go into the Java settings under security in Safari. Choose manager website settings, go to Java, select the SS link under the options and run in unsafe mode
Maybe Collin knows. I think she has a Mac.
What browser are you using?

Not sure if this will work I’m not familiar with Mac but found this Smartsource help for Mac troubleshooting. It has a a run through how to enable Java that might be getting blocked. Also says it recommends Firefox. Hope you can get back to printing these coupons 🙂

Just worked for me on a mac. Wouldn’t work in Safari, so I used firefox.
I’m on a Mac. Printed for me. Incidentally, I long ago switched to Firefox for coupons. I liked Safari, but it seemed like every time a site did an upgrade, ensuring compatibility with Safari was the last thing on their list. I can print every coupon except for those using RevTrax, which, thankfully, are few and far between.

I got them to print using firefox by clicking the little lego brick style icon on the left side of the screen next to the address bar. I had to click “allow and remember” for java. 😉
