I’m guessing this must be for new customers only, right?

    • Carrie

Oops… Just saw it says ‘new and existing’ customers.

  2. Dja

No existing too! I’ve done it several times when special offers like these come out.

  3. Mary

I’m an existing customer and it said coupon code invalid. Is this because I have an ongoing subscription?

  4. Mary

Also its really quite silly I to sign up another kid I have to use a separate email and make a new account.

  5. Susie

Got it. Thanks!! Worked fine for me and I’m an existing customer.

  6. Rachel

I’m an existing customer And can’t get it to work- any insight?

    • Rachel

I’ve tried it several times and I can’t get it I work- anyone have a suggestion? I’m an existing customer.

  7. JD

Off topic but have a shutterfly code that expires in 2 days. Anyone want to trade for enfamil checks or maybe $5 gc? Julie1788@verizon.net

My kids are close in age. I have a subscription for my son, but would like to get this one for my daughter. Does anyone know if they will get the same boxes or will they have different ones?

    • Judy

I would say that it depends on how close in age — my sister and I each ordered a box last month for little one’s that are 6 weeks apart and they got the exact same thing

    • MommySpendsLess

If you sign up one as a boy and one as a girl it seems like they’d occasionally get different things or maybe different colors. Like when my daughter was 4yo I got her a box and it had some snacks, an instant ice pack, a red Bento box and a M&D ballerina to decorate with glitter and gems. I imagine the 4yo boy box would have been the same but with a different toy.

    • awlrain

I think you’re going to end up with the same thing. I got same box for age 1.5 as friend with a 3 y.o. I guess bc they’re both toddlers? But I would imagine a 3 mo old would get something different than a 2 y.o. so…. maybe call them and ask.

I am an existing customer too and when I try to order the info for a new box the info for my granddaughter who is currently enrolled pops up. When I try to create a new account it says that my email already exists. So how can I as an existing customer get the $7 box? I was going to do one in neutral.

Curious to hear what existing members have received in months prior?

    • Judy

August was a set of Melissa and Doug Alphabet blocks (about $12 retail), a tube of Episensical Cherry Lotion, and a growth chart – for $7 it was okay, but I would be annoyed if I had paid $29 for it

      • Staci

Our little ones must be the same age because thats the exact same box I received. Also got some ice packs in it. I agree that it was not worth $29. Luckily that one was free for me.

        • Sam

Same here. I got the same box and cancelled the subscription ASAP. I was pretty disappointed and would never pay $30 for this!

      • Ash

I got the same. Not worth it with $29.

    • Megann

My daughter is 4 months old. Last month they sent me a skip hop chime ball, 3 glass containers with lids for holding baby foods, baby lotion (which was amazing!) and en owl mobile. I really liked my box!

      • cowgirl3746

That’s what I got and I was super happy with it ๐Ÿ™‚

    • M

My 2 yo got a toy tea set, Alphabet flash cards and code for a digital download for foreign language learning.

    • Morna

I got a toy tea set, a shoe horn and a mix and match robot card game.

  11. Katie

In my opinion these are NOT worth it. I paid 7 for my last one and I didn’t care for anything I got. My daughter is 5 and they sent a shoe horn(really), some cards that you can change outfits kind of a paper doll style, a tea set and a card for some free online learning thing. The tea set was the only decent item and it was just a teapot and two cups. The box before that was for my son and though it was a year prior and I don’t remember what exactly came in it, I do remember I was not impressed. Don’t waste your money.

    • Erin

That’s funny – that’s the same box I received for my 5 year old son. I think the boxes are probably better suited for a younger crowd. The items were high quality but not really anything he was interested in. I cancelled after the first box and it was very easy to do -totally no hassle.

    • Lori

Got the same for my 4yo boy. I will not order one for him again. Really, a shoe horn?? I have loved the ones for my new baby girl though. We’ve gotten an awesome hanging toy, samples of Burts Bees, and even a romper/onesie.

  12. Heather

If anyone wants to use my referral link I would love it! ๐Ÿ™‚

We love Citrus Lane. While I do think it is better for younger children I have loved everything we’ve gotten in our boxes for my 6 month old. I could see how some kids closer to the 4-5yr age might be too old for the items they provide.

  13. Devon

Said invalid coupon code for me. ๐Ÿ™ boo.

  14. Staci

Has anyone who has an existing monthly subscription gotten the coupon code to work? Its saying invalid for me and I’m not sure if I’m doing something incorrectly or missing a step. Any insight would be great.

    • Patty

I cancelled my subscription two months ago and was able to use the promotion code with no problems. Final cost $7.

  15. Stephanie

OT: I have $5 off $5 at Kohls. Anyone wanna trade for something?

  16. rensee

Did anyone else receive an email about money back for gas from topcashback?

  17. Emily

My last box was $9 after a promo code and for $9 it was ok, but I would have been really upset if I had paid full price! We got a triangular box with robot pictures on it…the box was deceiving b/c I thought we had some type of changeable robot figure but no…just thick robot cards. My 4.5 yr old played with this for about 3 min. ๐Ÿ™ Then we got a shoehorn (on every child’s list of most wanted toys) and a tea set by Green toys…def. the highlight of the box. I don’t even think this would be worth their cheapest subscription price of $21.

  18. Keri

I got it to work…. And I’m an existing customer. You just need a different email. However, after I got an email confirmation it said $29 so the code might be having issues.

  19. Liz

I emailed Citrus Lane last month when I couldn’t get a code to work. I don’t know why they don’t clearly state it online, but if you are already a customer you cannot use a promotion code like this unless you haven’t gotten the previous month’s box. Hope that helps clear up some of the confusion.

  20. Lara

I ordered a box. Where do you go to cancel the subscription on there website?

    • Lori

The link to the cancel page is found under the faqs on the site.

  21. Julez

I tried to use a referral code to help one of you out, but it wouldn’t let me do the ref and the coupon code. Sorry!

  22. awlrain

Man, I see some of you got the reusable ice pack. I got the one-use ones which I think is fairly useless…

  23. Kristin

Paid $7 for this month’s box and I think it was well worth it! My son loves his stackable boat bath toys and I love the onsie. I wouldn’t have been happy to pay $29 for it but I think I got a great deal with the promotion.

Please use my code for 50% off your first box!!!
