Head on over to Sears.com where you can once again score this highly rated Ultra Plus Powder Laundry Detergent w/ Stain-Fighter, 275 Loads Box for only $13.49 (regularly 26.99!) with FREE store pick-up (IF available at a store near you – it’s in-stock near me 🙂 ). We have used one box since it was on sale over a year ago. That is with a family of 7. It works great, but make sure to put it in the water, not directly on the cloths. I just start my water, as I make sure nothing is in pockets and undo the socks. By that time the water has dissolved the powder and it cleans great. I have just about used my box, so I will be getting another. I also use only about 2/3 of what they recommend for a load, so it is even less than .05 cents a load.

I have been using this product for about 9 years now.. Get it at Sears once a year and it last me for about 9 or so months..depending on my laundry loads.. I have a front load washer/dryer.. Whirlpool Duet actually..and it’s the best detergent I have used.. It is compared to Tide to me. I read that in Consumer Reports many years back and gave it a try

This is my favorite detergent! We have a front loader and like with any detergent, be sure NOT to use too much. I do have problems with the detergent not dissolving in a cold water wash, but I have found it works great when I wash on warm or on hot.

    This detergent is very “hard” and rough!!

    I’m gonna try it. Everytime this deal comes up I consider it after reading all the mostly good comments. I ordered a box, it’s in stock, gonna pick up tomorrow. Can’t wait to try!

    Been using this for my Whirlpool frontline for 11 years now. No complaints from any family members. Love love love it. Was just at Sears today wish I had known. Can use my $20 reward pts. On two of these and earn 20,000 more. Thanks Collin and Freebies for a cause.

    Frontline=front load above

    It doesn’t make clothes smell good. If you like that “tide” type smell you need to also use scent boosters in the wash. That negates the savings for me. We tried 3 boxes and didn’t like it at all.

    How is it for people with sensitive skin issues? Is it gentle on clothes?

      It made our clothes have a rough texture. I bought this a few years ago and only used a half of the box. It was ruining our clothes!

      I have sensitive skin… I use this, but you must remember you can’t toss in a lot of it. It will clean your clothes with less than a scoop that comes with the box. Never had problems with clumps, residue or itchy skin. For my most delicates.. I use Tide w/ fabric softner liquid anyway. I always buy my softner at Cotsco when on special. So it balances out for my family. I have used this in my household for 11 + years..no complaints. Way back when the Whirlpool duets came out.. it was written up in consumer reports compared to Tide. But less costly of course. That is when I switched. But everyone has their own opinions and experience. Even if you buy it and don’t like it.. you can take it back to Sears. Just call and ask them prior to purchase or when you pick it up. They stand by their products. Those that say they have been stuck w/ 3 or 4 boxes of this on the Sears review board.. should know they could take it back. You shouldn’t be stuck with anything that doesn’t work for you.

    I ordered and I’m going to try it. I have read mixed reviews, but want to try for myself.

    Thanks for posting!
