Kmart cancelled my fish toolbox order. Last time they cancelled my order I never got money back. It took me more than a month and tons of calls and e-mails to the store and corporate office before they returned my money back to my credit card I used. It was a nightmare. Hope this time I’ll get refund faster…
Just curious, Victoria…did you get your 5,000 points credited to your SYW account yet? My email yesterday said they’d be “immediately” credited, but they haven’t shown up yet. I even tried a live-chat with Sears this morning…nothing. I’m pretty disgusted, but sure can understand how Sears and KMart are having financial difficulties.
I had huge issues getting an order straightened out- after weeks of back and forth they finally credited the order, not the points, but did give me a $20 credit off a future purchase.

I got to say I am not usually a Kmart shopper but am almost convinced to get the $39 yr free shipping. I used the trial before and they kept extending it but then last year it expired. It will not let me resign up for a trial. I used the $10 and $20 codes from facebook a couple days ago and got some much needed kitchen towels and some shirts for my son ‘s birthday in November. I tried to use the $20 on a comforter which would have made it free but then it came back out of stock but the pts were credited back immediately. I used it yesterday and got 10 articles of clothing (they had the b1g1 clearance deal). I got 5 things for me and 5 things for my hubby. I had $10 surprise points that popped up on a $30 clothing purchase. So I spend $30 in clothing- $30 syw points= FREE CLOTHES, paid $15 for shipping (after tax too). I usually do not like to pay shipping but since the clothes were FREE and there was not an available option for store pick up (which in the 2x I have used has been stressful). Here is the incentive for me. I ordered yesterday, they shipped yesterday and the whole order will be here today by the end of day 🙂

I got one. I couldn’t use the bonus codes for points because my email says only use in store and there isn’t a code listed on it to enter online.
You just enter the numbers below the bar code in the promo code box.
The numbers at the bottom of the barcode is the code. You just type those in where it asks for a coupon.
You have to type in the numbers under the barcode.
You have to enter the scan barcode and that is how it applies it online.
Does anyone know if you can do this deal at the store instead of online?

all I see is a place to apply points and a place to enter a gift card and pin
Once you add the item and click onto the “go to cart” page, you will see a place for the code. There will be no place to add a gift card or credit card info on that page. This is the only page where you will be able to enter the “code”. Should see a large size rectangle shaped box for the code.
After enter your code and you leave that “cart” page by clicking on the “Proceed to Checkout” page, then within that checkout page is where you will see where to enter gift card, credit card, payments sources.
and….when on the “code” entry page…there will be the word ” ADD next to the box. And there will be a “red circle with a white ? question mark” within that circle.
Near the bottom third of the page on the right side…somewhat above the “Proceed To Checkout” marker.

I have a question about the cancellation of the fish themed tool box.
My order was cancelled. I got notification that 5,000 points were awarded to be used immediately. I’m assuming these would be “surprise points” ??
