That’s strange. I was accepted before it asked about my family. I am a family of 4. I think maybe it’s a certain age group they are looking for.
I am age group between 32-44 with a family of 4 and it didn’t go thru. But I went back in and adjusted a few things, it went the second time 🙂
I think there are a lot of variables. I had applied a few times and was never accepted. I tried again after I got a new job (and a promotion) about 6 months ago, and they accepted me. They didn’t like my previous salary any more than I did 😉
Agreed!!! Quick easy surveys and I usually get 1-2 per month. Easy getting paid too. Highly recommend!!
I like pine come research but didn’t see any gift cards for rewards only gifts such as cosmetics or accessories
If you look under “featured rewards” you will see other options, like movie tickets and the cash option. I LOVE Pinecone. I have been with them for years and years, with 100% satisfaction.
You can use your points for Paypal. Every survey is at least $3.
This has been my favorite company for a while! I get 2-4 surveys per month and I always choose Paypal to cash out. Love this company!

Once you get to the Rewards Center, look a the options on the left and choose “Featured Rewards,” and select “Cash Option.” This will allow you to redeem points for cash through PayPal, if you have a Paypal account on file. You will not be able to cash out your first time using PayPal. I believe that the first time, you get a physical check. Then, the next time that you want to cash out, contact Karen by email (listed at the bottom of your survey invitations that you received via email) and let her know that you want to change your method of payment to PayPal and you’ll provide her with your PayPal email address. After that is completed, whenever you cash out in the future, it will go to the PayPal account that you have on file. Hope this helps!
I had a horrible issue with this company and not getting rewarded for the surveys I was doing. It started fine with cash out options, then it changed and no Karen was not helpful at all. Ended up canceling on them and asking them to not send me any further surveys because I couldn’t get paid. They owed me about 13.
Same exact thing that happened to Teetee happened to me. Karen was helpful for years and then I don’t think it was “Karen” anymore!
Yup! Me too!!! I really liked them and then after the change, it wasn’t worth it anymore. 🙁

Looking forward to the fact that others are saying you will already be qualified for the survey. I participate in a few others and often I spend time on the survey only to find out I do not qualify. This will be a nice change.

Been doing this for about a year. I don’t ever get a cash payout…not sure how. But it’s super easy and rewarding to do!

I used to be a member but stopped getting invites and no longer seem to be able to log in. 🙁
I got busy and didn’t do them for a few months and then couldn’t log on when I wanted to start back up. If you contact them they will reactivate you and credit you with any points from before.

I didn’t have a points balance, but I emailed them and got reactivated not long ago. Now I get surveys again. I got $15 last month 🙂
Wonder how you got reactivated? Who did you contact? I had my computer crash a while back, and by time I got it fixed, I couldn’t log in anymore…the person who responded to me from Pinecone told me tough luck…I so wish I could have reactivated! I even have my card still. 🙁
I was a member for a couple years but moved and wasn’t able to log in for a while so i was kicked out. I emailed them about it but never got a response. I’ve tried since then to rejoin and finally got in this time.
How much do they pay n how long are the survey
Each survey is about 15-20 min long and it’s about $3/survey.

they ask you a ton of personal questions! wow if anyone wanted to steal my identity they pretty much have everything they need! Kind of scary!
Have been doing surveys with them for about 4-5 years now and it’s so easy and convenient. Definitely check the cash option for rewards–under “featured offers.” They’ll deposit the money right in your paypal. They have some other fun rewards, but if you compare them to the cash offer amount, the rewards are really expensive. Also, if you go on vacation or have a period of time you can’t do the surveys, let them know to suspend your surveys. That should keep you from being booted out of their survey group. 🙂
I LOVE Pinecone Research, Surveys come at a steady pace, Their rewards are pretty awesome too (I’ve received a toaster, pots & pans set, mini food chopper, just to name a few). The surveys are not long and complicated, or are they repetitive for that matter. I’ve been doing paid surveys for years, and Pinecone Research is by far THE best. I also like the occasional surprise in the mail every so often as well, to try out new products!

I have been doing surveys with the company since 2007! I always do the cash option for the rewards and have $3 deposited into my paypal account everytime! Love it!
LOVE this company! I have gotten over $60 worth of checks and now I have $90 in my account to cash out. You always qualify for every survey you are sent and I’ve never had a problem getting paid!
Question! I was accepted and got the email for some follow up questions so I logged in with the id and password they gave me and completed the short extra questionnaire. It even thanked me for my participation but then it had no other links. So I pulled up the website and tried to log in under members with the id and password i was given but it says invalid? Anybody have this going on and is this normal? I wasn’t quite sure what to expect

I have not tried to log in, but I did complete the short email survey. I was concerned I had marked something incorrectly. I emailed them to ask if there was a way to verify my responses. I was told that not all the new survey data has been uploaded and to wait and see if I get a welcome email. Then I will know if I have been accepted. Therefore, I am drawing the conclusion that some of us (me included) think we have been accepted, but that is not the case…yet anyway.
I went through the same steps that you did. I just closed the tap after finishing the sort questionnaire. It said at the bottom of that page that finishing up this questionnaire doesn’t mean that you are accepted. You need to wait for a “Welcome email from Pinecone Research Panel”. Luckily, that what I just received today!They have accepted me and I joined the panel. So you might want to check your spam box today. Good luck!!
It said it would email me additional questions 8 hours ago, but I haven’t received it. It’s not in spam folder either.
I love the picture of the girl taking the survey – because that is what I look like when I’m home taking surveys too – NOT! LOL
After reading a few negative reviews (I am sorry it hasn’t worked for some), I wanted to add my experience. I think they are the best paid survey company, easy to use, and I have never had an issue with the cash payout or being paid for surveys. I have received several free products to try and not only do you keep the product but you get paid for your time. My kids have done a few “special surveys” and my son (at the time in High School) earned a $75 visa card for keeping a 3 month electronic log daily. I did start out with a rewards visa card where you electronically add money which was very convenient but they did away with that program. I now use the cash payout option… I wait until I accumulate $20+ before choosing this option. You earn $3 per survey. I receive an average of 1 survey per week — so don’t expect to get rich but It’s a little bit of spending money. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
I just want to add that I joined a year ago and tried to find a way to “cash out” with Paypal, gift cards, etc. I looked in all the places people have mentioned and finally contacted the company. Pinecone Research responded to me that new members do not have this option. Only older accounts have this option and they are grandfathering it out. This was straight from the company. I have also emailed them requesting they educate their affiliates and bloggers who advertise for them, because it is deceptive to new members. I was able to collect a good amount of points and get an activity book for my son, but I do not recommend them.
Hm, are you sure? On the website when you login – it should be the same for everyone. You go to the left under “featured awards” and then click “cash option”. I couldn’t find it for awhile and finally figured it out.
