I just happen to be in my 2nd trimester so I took it as a sign and went ahead and ordered it. I’ll keep my fingers crossed that it’s worth the $5!

  5. Audrey

I like Em am in my 2nd trimester so I took it as a sign and signed up. I hope I save at least $5 with what I get so it’s worth it. Can’t wait to receive it.

  6. Gretchen

Oh this is so tempting. But I’m at the end of my 3rd trimester, please someone report back with what they get! I did order the beauty box and reading the fine print it said, ‘Valuable saving’ so I hope that means lots of coupons, too!

  7. Jess

I’m also 2nd tri, but I hate spending money on something mysterious. No risk, no reward I guess! lol

  8. kristen

Third tri here too. Really tempted but hesitant not knowing what I’m paying $5 for!

Congratulations, ladies. An fyi; Target and BabiesR Us give out gift bags for people who sign up for their baby registry. I didn’t get the BabiesR Us one because they restocked it before I could get to the store, but I did recently get the Target one and it was pretty nice. A few samples and a baby bottle, plus some coupons. Target just had them at the service counter and it was very easy to get.

I found this on another site, a comment from someone who had ordered it. This is what she got: “One NUK pasifier (boy), sample set of disposable nursing pads, Sample of 2 breast milk bags, All free and clear sample of Laundry Soap & Dryer Sheet, A Pampers Clutch of 1 diaper & Sample pack of wipes and a couple coupons.”

    • Ashley

That doesn’t sound worth it! I’m glad you posted this!

Thanks from me, too! I already have tons of free samples for all these kinds of things. I guess the $5 is more of a S&H charge? Because it seems Walmart is just passing along a bundle of free samples. I think WM will be disappointing customers.

these used to be free. they used to come with a cute bag too. i figured it was too good to last…

I was reading the receipt that they sent me and it’s a subscription to Baby Box so you will get charged $5 every stage. I didn’t realize this when I signed up. I’m going to try the first box or 2 and see if it’s worth it for all of them. They can’t all be the use to be free things.

  12. Em

Yeah, I tried googling this too before I went ahead and did it. It is a brand new program so no one can say for sure what’s going to be in it. I’m going to stay hopeful that they stepped it up from the free box since they are charging for shipping. Plus, I’m interested to see the different stages of boxes!

After you have your baby, the hospital gives you so many free samples (at least mine did) and just about every company will send you samples if you email them

  14. Michelle

I am trying to cancel my subscription any ideas???

  15. Sandra

I been getting nice bottles, diaper rash cream and other samples along with coupons as a new mom I think paying $5 for shipping is well worth it. Highly recommend it to NEW moms!
