For the Rite Aid video coupon, do you need to buy something from Garnier and something from Maybelline to use the coupon?
my video values coupon says “and”, not “or”. it makes me feel like you have to get a garnier item and a maybelline item, which means it wouldn’t work for this scenario. am i right?
That’s what I was thinking, but it looks like you could use on of the other three coupons under the Fashion Rocks section to get $1 off.

I agree. My RA coupon that is $2/2 reads “and”. There are two other RA VV coupons that are $1/1 and they are for select products, so it would be a deal with those two.

The coupons in today’s insert are for haircolor products. They don’t say shampoo, conditioner or styling products. Are you able to use them on regular shampoo conditioner and styling products?
No, there were two different coupons for hair color vs. shampoo/conditioner/treatment/styler, although it could be regional.
