Fun! Too bad I can’t figure out how to play it. I’m terrible at stuff like this.

  4. wdrwoman

it went directly into my library

  5. thejoyouspath

I can’t get it to download. When it opens in iTunes, it just tells me that it has already been purchased. I have checked my library, but it isn’t there.

    • Kate

check up near the search bar in your itunes store and you should see a little arrow to the right that you can click on to see if you have any files available for download 🙂 It’s possible that it’s purchased but hasn’t downloaded into your library yet

I pulled it up in iTunes, but it says I already purchased it. It’s not in my downloads folder on my phone or in my music. Has this happened to anyone else?

    • shop4mybabies

yes, you have to open iTunes and sign in to iTunes store then downloading will begin

    • kristi

Same thing is happening to me. Can’t figure it out ;(

    • Mary

I thought the same thing – that it hadn’t downloaded because it didn’t show in my “Purchased” area. However when I went into my actual iTunes library and scrolled down to the artist U2 the new album was in there. Check your library!

    Same problem here.

    • Jeff

I got mine to download just fine, but I did it right when the band announced it at the Apple launch. I wonder if the site is crashing or slow due to demand as the word has spread over the past hour.

  8. Roseann

I got them to download by going to where recent purchases are in the iTunes Store.

  9. dazz

the songs are in the recent purchase folder… u have the option to download them from there…

    • Rebecca in TX

If someone likes Demi Lovato, her latest album is free in Google Play…

  17. Jen

Totally confused. It’s not in my purchased area, nor in my iTunes library. Can someone help??

  18. Sarah

I have checked everywhere in my iTunes and it is nowhere. I give up!

  19. Stephanie C.

It will show up In Itunes in the purchased section. Go to Edit > Preferences >Store. Then make sure the tab that “Show Itunes in the Cloud purchases” is checked. Then in the itunes store, in your ‘purchased’ section, find the U2 album, then just click on the cloud icon with the down arrow to download the album. Hope this helps.

Thank you so much! I found it thanks to this. Although for everyone who is like me and doesn’t normal do Apple; it won’t say “edit” its a weird little icon in the upper left hand corner of your screen. Click that, then preferences, then select the store button at the top of that little screen. Thanks again Stephanie!

    • Jen

Thank you Stephanie C! Finally I figured it out!

  20. Phill

I got it to download, but was charged through iTunes…anyone know how to reverse the charge?

    • Stephanie C.

In the Store, click on Account. Then scroll down to Purchase History. Click See All. At the bottom of that page, click on Report a Problem. May not be the easiest way, but that’s how I have contacted them when I was charged incorrectly. 🙂

I couldn’t find it either but I knew I could count on someone here for the answer – and I was correct! Thanks!!
