This deal should give you back $50 in points ($70 with facebook off). I called customer service because I was having the same problem only receiving back $40 in points. She said they were having a system problem with this item, but would adjust your account to make sure you receive the full $50 ro $70 back in points.

After holding for 20 minutes, customer service added the missing 20,000 points to my account. The hold time was long but I’m happy with the service and glad that I waited it out to get the extra points.

The bonus points from the coupon expire 9/30/15! I don’t know about the points from buying the sound bar…

A family member printed out his facebook coupons for $10,$20 and $30 purchase for me 🙂 I have already used mine and was going to use his on some purchases, but heard that they changed it where you can only use one coupon per account instead of transaction 🙁 I’ve already used my $10 back in points on any $10 purchase and was looking forward to using his coupon, but now that it would be a fight with Kmart to get my other $10 in points. You are correct, you can only use one of each coupon per account. If you attempt to use more they may lock your account and cancel your order(s). If you had a spouse or family member that wanted to set up a sperate swy account you could use those coupons on it. The coupons are not email specific – anyone can use anyone’s code that hasn’t been used, just don’t use more then one of the same coupon per account – does that make sense
What happens when you get your account locked? And how do u unlock it?
Sara I think that if your account is locked you will not be able to make any purchases and use your shop your way account. I think that Kmart would have to unlock it for you. I’ve heard that Kmart is able to cancel your shop your way membership at any time and keep your points.

Carolin is completely correct – only swy can unlock it. I’ve never had mine locked to know personally, but have heard of a few others that this did happen to.

Yep they put that in the SWY disclosure you agree to when you sign up for SWY – they have the right to add and subtract points at any time they see fit – and even if you have spent the points they can make your balance go in the negative…

We’re all in the same boat…read comments from multiple sites…looked up info to see what they actually are! I bought 3 mp3, 1 media player (all will be given as birthday present). I also bought 2 zeki tablets which cost me $18 to $23 out of pocket after points ($103 get $70 worth points back , plus I had surprised points apply to the transaction). The tablet is pretty good (that’s why I bought the second one)
I spent about 40 minutes on the phone with two different associates and will have the $20.60 added to my account. However, I must wait 24-48 hrs for the 20000 Shop your Way rewards points to be added! Very frustrating experience.
If you pay with syw points do you earn them?
As long as you pay something oop then yes – you can pay as low as $0.01 and you will earn them. If you don’t pay anything, no you will not earn them.

I have spent the last 2 hours trying to figure out what is going on with the Free 2-liter and free $5 in points from the text promo offers last night. I have received MANY different answers. BUT I finally got a full, Legit answer from a LONG Shop Your Way Customer Service Phone call!
Every SWY Customer Service Member received an e-mail as of 5:16pm today telling them that this offer went viral, but WAS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE FOR EVERYONE.
So, those that it WAS suppose to be for, Will be able to get the 2-liters and the free points. Those that it was NOT will NOT be getting the points or the 2-liter. (IF you were suppose to get the points, they will be in your account within 7-10 days at the most)
**She told me that those that it is intended for would have gotten a coupon at the bottom of their receipt at a local Kmart or Sears with the instructions to do this deal. Those are the only ones that will be getting the points and the free 2-liter.
Please spread the word. I know this hit almost ALL coupon blogs so please help to update others and save them from the time waste and frustration they are sure to endure.
