This happened to me last week when I tried to online order the stayfree deal. No gift card although it was advertised. When I got back online the next day they had removed the offers. So I canceled my order.

I tried to buy this same item too and it did not show up. I launched the chat feature and they said it didn’t qualify at first. I had to send the “landing” page with all the products/promotion listed link to them, and then they said it was a technical glitch but they happily agreed to send me an eGift card after I hit purchase on my order. I ordered yesterday they sent me an e-mail that my ordered had shipped this morning I received e-mails right after with all my GC’s

You will not recieve the cards until your order has shipped you are not charged until the order ships
