anyone else holding out for the BOGO sale they usually run?

    • rl

      Yep

    • Andrea

Don’t wait for the bogo because you will only be able to use one coupon since they changed their coupon policy. You can no longer use a coupon on a free item.

Since its a limit of 1 per customer I took my daughter with me and asked if I could use both since she was with me, and the cashier said no problem. Wonder if he was wrong? I hope not I hate making mistakes when I coupon!

I was able to use two coupons as well. Walgreens policy seems to be, if it scans, they accept it.

The manuf is not going to know there were 2 people together during the same transaction , so they may not reimburse for the 2nd coupon.

        • Kellie

Manufacture coupons are not matched up to individial transactions when the store sends them to redeem the value. So that would not be a reason why the store wouldn’t get reimbursed.

My kid is always a second customer! I don’t even ordinarily have to point it out. The last time I did it was at McDonalds. The conversation went something like this:
Cashier: Sorry, it’s one coupon per customer.
Me: There are 2 of us. If you need to run separate transactions, that is fine with me.
      Cashier [blank stare]
Me: Do you discriminate on the basis of age?
Cashier: No, ma’am, we certainly do not [accepting both coupons]

This seriously made me laugh. Thank you!

I am stocking up on diapers before baby gets here, and I am wondering where the quality of these diapers fall. Do they compare more closely to Luvs, Parent’s Choice, Pampers?

    • Allison M.

I didn’t care for Parent’s Choice, so after the packs that were given to me, I never bought any to use. I think the Well Beginnings are just as good as Luvs, Pampers, Huggies, etc. I used the diapers a lot, before we started with potty training my son. I just bought my first pack of their training pants this week. In some respects, I like them better than Pull-Ups. The Huggies Pull-Ups have elastic on the sides that velcro together, and the elastic actually makes them fit smaller. The Well Beginnings training pants aren’t elastic on the sides so they fit better and more true-to-age. (I found that I was buying 4T-5T size Pull-Ups for my TWO year old because we could barely pull up the ones that fit him by age, 2T-3T. He’s in the weight category for the 4T-5T size, even though he’s slim and tall for 2yrs).

My son is almost 2 years and I bought for him size 3-4T Pull ups but they are too tight. (he is tall and slim). Can you tell me what walgreens size you are using??

    • Jess

These are our favorite diapers. We’ve probably tried every single brand & this is the one we stuck with. For the price, you can’t beat them! For us, they’re comparable to Luvs probably.

    • Chelsea

I definitely recommend these. They really hold up and they are usually always on some kind of sale. I’ve used them with my daughter from newborn until size 4 that she’s in now. Never had a problem with them.

    • visitor3

Thanks for the input on diapers. I last used Walgreens brand 2 years ago and at the time they did not work well on my 0-6 mo daughter. But diapers change! Gotta try again. They are inexpensive, and if they don’t work, the store will take back their own brand no problem.

I’ve always had success putting my daughter in Sams Club/Walmart (Parents Choice) brands. Those stretchy tabs prevent scratching/digging of the skin from a nonflexible tab.

I went yesterday and took two coupons with me, just to try it. I bought two packs of training pants and the two coupons scanned without any problems!

    • ashli

You were able to use this on training pants?

  5. Summer

Will this work on their pull ups?

  6. Ash

My Walgreens took 2 of them in one transaction and 4 of them in another with no problem. I asked the clerk since there was confusion with this coupon and they scanned fine. I ended up paying $14 for 6 packs.

  7. crissy

What about the coupon in the Walgreens coupon book? Is that the same as the printable?

    • Ash

That coupon is for the wipes only Crissy. Still a good deal though! It’s $4.79 for a 216 count after coupon applied.
