I was at target today and wanted to roll a gift card from buying 5 cleaning supplies in transaction 1 to buying 3 Starbucks coffee packs in transaction 2. I was told that if I use coupons to buy something and a gc is generated, I can’t use the gc for the next transaction on the same shopping trip. This has never happened before. The cashier said it was the new coupon policy. Does anyone know anything about this? TIA
I could not find anything about any changes. I would also like to know if it’s true.
If that is the case, my Target has not implemented it yet, as I did the Playtex deal and rolled my gc into the next one. That’s going to be a real bummer if it does come down, but like most times, I find that each Target is different. I have two targets within 5 min of me and each has it’s own “policy”.

Good luck actually receiving your rebate from Shoebuy. I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to receive mine in the past.
Wonder if you will receive it, as the rebate forms states one per household.
The rebates is processed by M2 Media Group (others stores like Sephora also uses them). I’ve never had a problem receiving the check..and I have received a handful.
Good2Grow coupon takes me to a Thank you screen and “get coupon” and when I do, it says coupon is no longer valid. Is there a different link?
