I am having trouble with the MASSAGE10 code. I’m trying to purchase a $29 massage, and getting the message “Sorry, gift code is not applicable to the purchase at this time (MASSAGE10)”. Is there a minimum amount that I’m not reaching perhaps? I have tried to find the specific terms of the code and can’t seem to. Anyone have any ideas?
Hi Luz! I don’t believe there’s a minimum requirement for the code. It worked for me on a $34 massage.

I have tried using the BEAUTY15 code but doesn’t seem to work. I’ve tried on numerous deals (Mani-Pedi, Haircut etc) and I keep getting the message “code is not valid”. AM I doing something wrong?
The code is still working for me on those various services. Did you try typing the code in instead of copying and pasting?

I just used the code for a 30 massage making it $20. Make sure u dont put a space between anything in the code. Hope this helps
It is not working for me either I can use beauty15 but not the ten off.I called groupon and was told if I refresh the page log out and log back in,that it will work.Nope didn’t work I am calling back.Good luck
Thanks for the idea to just give them a call. I couldn’t get either code to work on my massage deal. The representative had the same issue when he tried to apply the promo to my selected deal. He said that it definitely qualified for the promotion, and ended up simply applying $10 Groupon Bucks to my account, so that I would get the discount. Worked perfectly, and they were great about helping. I hope your issue was resolved when you called back.

BEAUTY5 IS NOT WORKING FOR ME.
it accepted the code first and then when i tried to pay by credit card it said there is an error call customer service. Now i am trying again and it gives me sorry gift code is not applicable
