Usually never get offers on my gold account.. this was a nice surprise. Usually hubby gets them on his card which is barely used.
I got this but it expired sept. 21…weird
here’s the marketing technique that some of you guys are not getting. the reason why loyal customers don’t receive many free promotions or things of the such, is because they’re loyal. starbucks knows that they’ll purchase again regardless whether or not they have a deal. they offer free/cheap products to less frequent customers to make them loyal. thus, receiving more customers.
