   Has anyone used ShopRunner? What’s your experience been like? (I’ve read both good and bad things about it online, so was just curious.)

  I’ve always had a positive experience with them! I use them all the time for my AE purchases and I’ve used it for a few other stores as well.

  I’ve used ShopRunner with a few different retailers and never had a problem with shipping.

  Drugstore.com is a different story though. I won’t even try their deals. They shipped my order without the free-with-purchase items (the main reason I bought the other things) and customer service was TERRIBLE. Oops, we ran out was the extent of it and the rep seemed put out/suprised I cared. I gave them a second and third chance when they had great deals and my orders were cancelled due, I assume, to stock issues.

   Thanks …ordered the wipes!! Shop runner is good so far…you can do a 30 day trial for free and if you don’t like it just cancel it!

   I always get this deal when it’s live. I don’t love the wipes, but they do a decent enough of a job and you can’t beat the price. I decided to try to face wash this time since I’m almost out of my current kind. It’s so nice to have backups. I really like shoprunner. I have been using it for a couple years at least and have had only positive experiences. I’ve found sometimes it takes 3 days instead of the 2 it claims, but it’s still nice to get free shipping.
