        There was an offer on Facebook a couple weeks ago to get coupon either 20 points/$20 or 10 points/$10 purchase. If you signed up for it they sent you an email and you enter the numbers under the barcode in the box where it says coupon codes.

    Be careful with this if you’re trying to roll points. They do not roll. Make sure you hit review order before you hit submit, to accurately see how many points you will receive.

    We ordered the blue headphones and tried using the 20 points wyb $20 and it showed we had the points but then it suddenly disappeared.

    mine said i would earn the 20$ in points then used 20$ in points and paid the rest on card and now my order history says points earned 0 i tried to cancel and they say they cant so just gonna keep them and stop using kmart i have had a problem with EVERY single order from them its not worth that hassle anymore

    Thank you! I was finally able to use the $20 Facebook offer. I bought the headphones and 2 pillows and paid $29.86. I had $5 in points to use and after checkout it said I earned $40.33!

    Dead now I believe. Just showing 250 points. I am on hold with customer service because my transaction had a problem, and I was telling her about the points, but we both now see only 250.

      Not dead, just need to add to the cart like someone already said, then goes from earning 250 to 2025. The customer service person was very nice and helped me get the points even though I messed up and used points so I wasn’t going to earn the 2025. I think it worked out…I can’t see the points yet.

    Mine isn’t letting me use the $20 back on purchase of $20 or more with this. It says I’ll get $20 back in points but the coupon isn’t totalling the points to $40. anyone having this problem?

      did you pay for all of it with points? You have to pay at least .01 out of pocket to get the points.

          It will tell you on the left of your screen and hit “redeem points”. Then you can change the redemption to any amount.

    I ordered 2, used earn $10 in points with $30 purchase (FB coupon), paid $13 worth in points and paid the rest with credit card. It clearly stated that I will be earning $50.50 in points even after redeeming my points. But when I hit the submit button, I was only credited the 10,000 bonus points (probably from fb coupon) plus 37 base points, total $10.37 in points. I called customer service but they couldn’t give me an answer because my order hasn’t showed up in their system yet. So I guess that by redeeming my points, I was denied of the $40 bonus points that came with the purchase of the items.

      Same thing happened to me and i was on hold for a long time calling the SYW cust service. He said he added the points to me manually just now and it may take 24 hrs to see the points. Aaarrgghh. So not worth it to go through all the hassles.

      In my experience, it doesn’t credit to your account until your item either ships or is “ready for pick up.” Same thing happened to me a few weeks ago, but it corrected itself.

    For those of you trying to use points to pay and expecting to earn the bonus points…Points no longer roll. 🙁 This just changed last week with no notice. The website will tell you until you finalize that you are getting points, but you won’t get them and CS will NOT help you! Many people are not happy about them stopping the rolling of points and not telling anyone, plus making it still look like you can do it. Its shady business practice and I won’t be shopping at Kmart or Sears any longer.

      No wonder, I tried to order some shoes a few days ago and supposed to get $10 in points but I pretty much have to pay most of it out of pocket to get that $10 in points. So I just bought 1 pair since my points was about to expire

      Can you direct me to where it says that the no longer roll? I can’t find anything that says that in the terms.

      I rolled points on a purchase last night but made sure not to pay the entire amount with points. I paid all but like 80 cents with points and then was credited all the points I had earned. I read somewhere that it gives you no points if you pay for your whole purchase with your points so I always pay some out of pocket. One big problem is if they cancel an order you use points on–you lose those points (same applies to an offer like spend $20 get $10 points…I used one of those and they cancelled my order so I lost that offer completely even though I really didn’t get to use it).

    For those of you panicked–I just called Shop Your Way, and someone named Justin said not to worry–he knew all about the headphones, and your account will automatically credit when the order processes (like ready for pickup).

      My order processed and I even received my ‘ready for pick up’ notification, and I’m with Amy (above). Just before final submission, my earn points corner said I would earn $30 for next order (I used $24.75 in points out of $24.99), plus FB spend $20 and get $10, but after my final submission, my earn points total says $10.02 earned, and that’s the total that showed up in my points history (about 3 hours later). Called customer service and was told that because I used points to pay and not new cash, so that’s why I didn’t get the 20250 points!

        I would call again. I think it, unfortunately, varies from person to person that you happen to get. I called on my husband’s account this evening because the facebook coupon wouldn’t seem to apply to my order on my husband’s account, and the lady credited me $10 (to cover the coupon) while we were on the phone and before I even placed my order.

    I live chatted with someone since I was credited $20.50 in points but not the other $20. He assured me I would receive my points and that sometimes it can take 7-10 days.

    I am trying to check out, and like others, it will say I’m receiving 30.00 in points back, but then I add in payment information and it goes back down to $10. I am redeeming points, but not enough to cover the full amount. I won’t purchase unless it’s a money maker 🙂 anyone think this deal will still be live in the morning?

    Now they are saying the whole deal was deactivated. They said it got on social media and they aren’t honoring it. I am on hold for a supervisor

    Supervisor would do nothing. Not only would she not add the $10.00 of bonus points for $20.00, she would not credit the 40,050 for 2 which did show, but disappeared. She said they got an email from corporate not to honor. I will not be shopping at KMart. My order just came across as ready for pick up with only 220 points showing. I will pick it up, if it doesn’t add the points then, I want my points back and they can keep their merchandise. I got the Corporate address and will write to let them know why they are going out of business. I am going to their pharmacy, getting 2 25.00 gift cards for transferred prescriptions and will buy a DVD player for free, and then will be done with them. Our store has almost no one in it most of the time. Target is running them over.

      My points haven’t showed up either. I plan on calling them tonight when I get home from work. If I don’t get those points, then I’ll return the 2 that I purchased and I’ll be done with KMart. The store I go to hardly has anyone in it.

    I really wish it didn’t all depend on who you get on the phone. My order automatically applied my $10 back on $30 facebook coupon when it was ready for pick up. However, my $20 for the headphones didn’t show up. I called, and the girl told me they will automatically apply when I pick up the order. And, since I have no Kmart in town and ordered it for my mom to pick up at her Kmart 2 states away, I don’t really want to pressure her to get it right this minute. I don’t think what I was told really makes sense, but she said she was noting my file and I would get the points after I call back with my receipt info after pick up. Crazy!!

    I just got off the phone with a SYWR CSR (Jennifer) and this deal is one that you can NOT use any points on or you will not get the bonus points. They have caught the errors and are fixing them.

      Evie, that is correct, I placed an order for 2 headphones and a small band-aid pack to make it over $50 and get the extra $10 in points towards next purchase (SYWR coupon).
      First, I used some $1.xx I had in points, to pay a little off, and even if it showed that I would get the $20+$20+$10 in points, after order placed it only gave me $10.
      So I canceled the order and placed another one, similar to the first, but did not use any points to pay for it (had to add again the $10 in points for $50+ order coupon to my SYWR), and it gave me the full $50 in points!!!
      And the $10 in points for $50+ order showed up again to be added to my SYWR! So now I just placed another order a little over $50, applied the $50 in points and got an extra $10 towards next purchases.
      Love my Kmart!!!

    Just got off the phone with Shop Your Way Rewards rep. Two issues here…first is that when these specials are posted to social media it’s in direct violation with SYWR rules and the deal is then removed. Second any time you use SYWR points on an order you lose the bonus points. I was blessed to get a very compassionate rep who gave me the points anyway. I was so glad to gain info to make my life easier moving ahead.

    I just finished talking to a customer service rep. She kindly credited me the points, but warned me that the use of ANY points toward this deal really voided the bonus points I was supposed to get (even though I did pay a little out of pocket).

    I will never shop at Kmart again. I called customer service and they wouldn’t give me the bonus points that I was entitled to. I will retun this item this week, use up my remaining points, and never shop there again. Also, I will encourage everyone I talk to not to do business with Kmart or Sears. I expect that they will go out of business within 5 years and it should be no surprise to anyone.
