You’re welcome! 🙂
Awesome! Our insurance only pays for 8 bottles a month and our daughter can only have Pedialyte or soymilk due to Short Gut Syndrome. This is a great deal!
Can I ask what u mean when u say ur insurance? Does your regular health insurance pay for pedalyte and baby formula?
I believe that some insurances will if there is a medical reason. I know that some insurance will pay for super expensive baby formula if the child has a medical reason why they have to have the special formula.
Our insurance will pay for our sons but our DME will only provide clear flavor free or fruit punch. Our son can not have any natural flavoring and grape is the only one that is artificial. He also has a dye allergy so Walgreen’s dye free grape is our only option. We have fought insurance and there is no option.
Yes, my daughter’s insurance covers 8 bottles a month due to medical necessity. They will only cover generic and only unflavored. She receives a lot of hydration and nutrition through her feeding tube. They also cover Neocate Jr for her as that is a primary means of nutrition. Which I am grateful because that stuff is well over $30 a can.
Question, the directions (all brands) indicate that it’s only good for 48 hours after you open it…is this true? Does it just lose its electrolytes? I just don’t understand the reasoning and I hate to toss something because my baby only drinks maybe 4 oz of 30oz bottle. TIA!
You are amazing and just saved my life! Our son can ONLY have Walgreen’s dye free grape pedialyte by mouth. He can not eat and this is his only source of anything by mouth (he is tube fed). He drinks 3 liters a day at $3.50/liter…do the math….that is $326/month before tax.
I just got done at Walgreen’s. Before register rewards I only paid $2.15/liter. However I got 42000 points which makes my purchase only $0.43 a bottle!
Our local Walgreen’s is amazing and order me extra every week. She is ordering 10 cases a week all month!
Keep in mind you can not earn register rewards if you pay with register rewards. So we will save our register rewards and order more in November and pay for all of it with the register rewards.
This is the best day ever!
Colin, how many times can u do this deal and get the points? Or does anyone else know the answer to this?? Tia!!
