Does anyone have any tips to share for getting Red Plum coupons to print? I have used Chrome, Explorer and Mozilla, but none of these work for me. I have installed the software each time, too.

Here’s what worked for me (I use chrome, but it may work with other programs also). Go to “start” menu and click on “control panel”. Then click on “programs” and go down and click on “Java.” This will open the Java control panel. Click on “security” at the top and change the level to “medium.” Make sure to hit “Apply” at the bottom and then “OK.” Now go back to redplum and select the coupons you want and click on print. It might take a minute, but just wait and they should print. When you are done printing, go back to step one and change the security back to “High” (which is the minimum recommended setting) and hit “Apply” and “OK” again to set it back. This was the only thing that worked for me-HTH:)

For some reason, when someone posts a link to Redplum coupons, they won’t work for me. I have to go to the site and select them from there. Don’t know if that helps anyone.

I go to the redplum.com site using Mozilla, and I click on 1 coupon I do NOT intend to have print. Here’s what I mean: When you click Print Coupon, it asks you to download the software. When that’s done, click on the Download arrow in Mozilla. It opens a pop-up that asks me if I want to “Run” the Redplum software. When I do that, java asks me I want want to continue blocking, I click on “Allow and Remember.” Then it asks me if I want to “Run” the Java applet. I click “Run.” From there, it says something about See Below for Info on Coupons Printing. I wait about 5 minutes for the system to timeout, which results in the 1 coupon not printing. Once the 5 minutes is over, I go back into redplum.com and click on only the coupons I want to have printed. The software has already been downloaded, and Java remembers my computer so all of the coupons I finally want printed will actually print. It works.
I do the same for SmartSource.

Just a helpful tip…..if you plan to print the Advil coupons (the ones for $1/1) print off with a HUGE AD (so much wasted ink-just unreal) and this was even when I had selected to print other coupons with it!
