Is anyone else having a problem printing RedPlum coupons?

    • Laura

      Yup

    • maflies1

      Yes!

  2. Ben

`No problem here. I printed 4 of each from my computer.

  3. Paul

I was able to print. But, I was prompted to enable P@H. I assume, that’s their printing software. It took a long time. But, they did, eventually, print. Though, that Advil PM coupon does print, with an ink monster ad that takes up two-thirds of a page. Really ticked me off.

I did not get points on the Advil. I bought 2 and used 2 coupons. Cashier said the points are based on your total after coupons. I’m so frustrated with this store! !

    • Tina

Total after coupons have nothing to do with getting points!! If the ad states purchase 2 of said product, then you should earn your points!! It’s always good to check out with the same cashiers that know how everything works!! You can still call the 1-800 I think that is provided and get your points!!

      • mel

She said it’s the bonus points that calculate like that, not the weekly ad point promos. I dug out a receipt from last week from buying the flax seed and it did calculate the bonus pts on my oop, but that was using a store coupon. I really don’t feel like dealing with their cs over .10.

I’m with you on that one! I stay away from there unless it’s something I just can’t live without. They’re so inconsistant from store to store! Plus, they make up random nonsense along the way! CVS is SO much nicer to shop at.

  5. Chels

Free Advil pm and regular Advil (with the other coupon in this weeks insert) at dollar tree too!!

  6. Molly

Red plum used to work for me. Now I installed their new software. I got the green “Your coupons have been processed,” but nothing prints. Grrrr!

  7. Rowen

The Advil coupon is in which? Smart source, right?

  8. Tina

I have not been able to print the red plum coupons for a long time

  9. Lenore

I had the issue to then discovered it works in firefox, but not in safari.

    I’m confused with this scenario.

Wouldn’t the walgreens coupon deduct $1.50 x3 = $4.50? Is there something I’m missing like a limit on the walgreens coupon? TIA

    • mel

I was confused too. I did this deal at 2 different stores. One last night, one this morning. Last night, I gave the mfg coupon first, this morning the IVC first , yet both receipts are identical in how they calculated –

      $4.98 Sale (2 Softchews)
      – $3 IVV
      – 0.99 MFG Coupon.

So I think the register has been programmed to give the mfg discount -after- the store coupon has been deducted, to not allow overage.

Do you think it matters which coupon you hand over first? Maybe if you give the MQ first, then the Walgreens coupon, it should bring it down to zero, right? I would like to know if anyone has done this, thanks!

    • mel

I posted above, I did it both ways and my receipts were calculated the same. I thought the bogo mfr cpn would take off $2.49, then the IVC $1.50/.99 to make it $0, but that is not at all the case. It seems either way you give the coupons, you pay .99/2 (f you’re buying 2).

  12. Gayla

Did they change the Advil coupon? Now all I see for $1 off is for 40 ct or larger.

    • Diane

      That’s all I see too. 🙁
